Gracie's Homer House; Home With A View

Enjoy a quiet, private suite in a peaceful neighborhood. Lovely views of Beluga Lake, mountains and glaciers. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a queen. There is a family room with a sofa, table and chairs, TV, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, sink and microwave. The sofa converts into a queen-size bed when needed. We are looking forward to welcoming you to Gracie's Homer House!

Easily the best stay we have had in Homer. The space was exceptionally clean and felt very comfortable to be in. The host was fantastic and provided such a welcoming space for our weekend in down in Homer. Great location to get to the Spit and all our activities easily, closer to the main part of town which we preferred for the restaurants, and great morning coffee views. Nice and quiet, and so comfortable. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect with a beautiful view, and the bed was super comfy. The kitchenette had everything we needed, which made it easy to settle in. We really loved the space and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay in Homer!!

What a wonderful place to stay! It was perfect for the 4 of us. Exceptionally clean, quiet and safe. Grace was a delight to meet. We will absolutely stay here again.

Family vacation

Beautiful place. Close to all activities. Very roomie and comfortable. Grace was a sweetheart and easy to work with. Hopefully this place will be available for our return trips!

Cute place! Well appointed and comfortable. Very clean and well kept. Note- no kitchen but there are plenty of places to eat. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The owner baked us a treat that was so good with our coffee. I would stay here again.

Hostess Gracie, was amazing, kind, and exceptionally gracious. The place was clean, cute and cozy. Best sleep I had in AK. We got back late and she warmed a plate of banana nut bread with some butter. 5 star in all categories. We've stayed in a lot of different types of places and Gracie is hands down the best and her place is amazing. Thank you SOOO MUCH for everything, Gracie.

A Memorable Stay in Homer

Ideally located just to the North of Beluga Lake for flightsee pontoon plane tour of Katami and its bears. Artfully decorated and clean. Gracie has equipped the unit with Keurig coffee, a microwave and available toaster oven, so one could eat independently, if you wish. Quick trip to the Homer Spit. The hosts were personal and great resources for local sights and services. We enjoyed visiting!

Home away from hime

Gracie was awesome and so was her place! It was definitely a home away from home! Her place was perfect! It could not have been any better. We loved staying there and would stay there again. She was a great host had great communication!

Great Place to Stay

I highly recommend this location. The location was central in Homer, Alaska. The place was clean, easily accessible, very comfortable, and there were lots of amenities. It felt like staying in a luxury hotel!

Homer Stay

We had a lovely stay in Homer. The unit was super clean and well kept. The owner went above and beyond with fresh fruit and bottled water waiting for us! There is no stove for cooking, but we ate out every meal - so it was no big deal at all.

Just Loved Our Little Break

Quiet, clean, lovely. Great views from the corner window. Unscented sheets & towels (I love that) and help to move luggage when we needed it! Very comfy beds, high shower heads (tall husband). We will come back - it is our go-to place in Homer now!

Wonderful place!

Gracie's place was amazing! The location was great. It was fully stocked and she had everything we needed. The view out of the kitchen is something we all dream of waking up to. We are so grateful for staying here and would definitely come back!

Amazing Homebase While Visiting Homer

Gracie was such a wonderful host and her Homer House is truly exceptional. From the warm greeting when we arrived, to the welcome fruit bowl, to the cookie plate, to the impeccably kept house, everything was perfect during our weeklong stay in Homer. We had such an amazing time and being able to come home to Gracie's Homer House each evening made our stay perfect. The beds were so comfortable and the home had all the amenities we needed. Very spacious home for just the two of us and the location in town was perfect. We will definitely stay at Gracie's again when we return to Homer!

Perfect Homer Get Away!

Located on a peaceful side street near town with a stunning view of Kachemak Bay and mountains, this property is perfect for a weekend getaway. The accommodations are so pleasant, spacious, freshly updated, sparkling clean with attention to so many details. The fresh bowl of fruit was a nice, welcomed treat. The living/dining area is comfortable, the kitchen area is more than adequate for small meals/snacks (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker), the bedrooms and bathroom are large and well appointed. The host/ess were welcoming and responsive to requests. I highly recommend this property in Homer; you will not be disappointed.

Quick fishing trip

Just a quick trip down for a few days of fishing and some nightly relaxation at Gracie's helped us rest up for more fishing the next day. Wonderful unit, exceptionally clean and comfortable. It's my second time staying there and I look forward to my next.

Homer stay

This was a wonderful place. After being on the road for over a week, it made us feel like being at home. The property owner’s were so welcoming and friendly, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
