Mystic Treefort- A Spacious Home inside the gates of Lakeside Ohio
3 floors with a full bath on each will comfortably accommodate multiple families or generations.
A kitchenette on the first floor makes sharing even easier. 1st floor beds and bath, and pool table. High ceilings and lots of natural light make the gathering space lovely.
Central AC and heat, 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths.
Granite counters, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and gas stove in the main kitchen. Washer & dryer, pool table, wi-fi, Smart TVs with house Netflix account already signed-in, private master retreat, parking for 2 cars. Natural gas outdoor grill-no tanks to change. Two patios, one front deck, and one balcony deck.
*Very close to Cherry Park and Perry Park-both with playgrounds, quick walk to the shore of Lake Erie, walking distance to downtown Lakeside pier and beach. Close to downtown Marblehead shops, tavern, and restaurants.
Three bedrooms: floor 2 bedroom #1) Queen bed, floor 2: bedroom #2) 3 sets of bunks, floor 3 bedroom #3) King bed. One first floor flexible living room/studio style space with curtain room dividers to provide privacy for the queen fold-out sofa, private divided space with two twin beds and full bath. Two twin beds in 3rd floor loft area. Large front deck, front and back patios.
Pets who are not cats considered (I'm sorry, cats!) Please contact me for more information.
Rentals between September 7 and May 20th, 2021 include a microfiber sheet set for each bed and bath/beach towels. Rentals during the gated summer season, Memorial Day through Labor Day, do not include linens and bath/beach towels. Please bring these or contact Lakeside Linen Rentals to arrange linen service, if desired.
*Located inside the gates of Lakeside Ohio. Resort community gate fees and amenities apply during summer season. Please check LakesideOhio.com for admission fee information and schedule of entertainment and enrichment offerings.** Summer season generally runs Memorial Day to Labor Day. Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Playing pool on a rainy day and watching the sunrise from the front deck are some of our favorite things to do here. Having two nearby parks with playgrounds, picnic tables, and grills is really handy. Being just a few short blocks from Lake Erie is wonderful. This house has a great floor plan for getting together or getting a little space from each other as needed :)
