We had an amazing stay at this Lake Havasu home! The house was spotless—super clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect—just minutes from the marina, which made it so convenient for getting out on the water. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and everything we needed was either already provided or close by. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Love this home!

Beautiful home with great view of lake! Everything was so clean and well taken care of! Beds were very comfortable and whole house was just cozy and perfect! Didn’t use spa or backyard but was all n good shape! Nothing I would change with this home! Will stay again no doubt’ Lissette and David were quick to respond and really organized and detailed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The hosts were great and were willing to help with anything we needed. The view from the front patio was exceptional, and we were able to view many sunsets there. We would love to stay here again some time.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our two-night stay. The house was very clean and comfortable with a nice view of the lake. It looked even better in person than the pictures conveyed. Spa was great and the beautiful kitchen had everything we needed to cook.

Family getaway

We had an amazing time here. My son loved the hot tub and it was perfect for the weather during our stay. After we got both kids to bed we enjoyed sitting out on the front patio looking at the view. My in laws loved each having their own bed, our son was in a portable play yard in the other bedroom while our daughter was in a pack n play in the master. Everyone said the beds were super comfy and my son kept saying, wow it's so clean! We would stay here again.

The Happy Place

It is clean, well maintained and well stocked with necessities. It was better than expected in almost every way. It's 10 mins from the closest beach so it's a bit of driving back n forth but totally worth it.

2024 Memorial Weekend

The property exceeded our expectations was very comfortable, clean, and had enough room on the side of the garage for our 32' boat. All beds were comfortable, garage was full access, very functional kitchen, very comfortable couches, home was remodeled was current materials, large master bedroom and shower, and the home is in a quiet cul-de-sac. We will recommemd this property to other people and will attempt to stay there for future visits.

Passed the black light test with flying colors. Great stay

The property was great. Very clean and a great open concept. It had everything you needed for a relaxing stay after a day at the lake. It did have minor glitches with the Arcadia doors sticking but nothing thats going to ruin your stay. The beds were comfortable and clean! unlike some others I've stayed at. We didn't get to use the spa but it looked well maintained and clean. The host communication was good and responses were quick. My daughter loved the guest book. We'll definitely stay here again.

Great location. Quiet area beautiful sunsets

This home worked out very well for us. Plenty of room for our ATV ‘a. We were about 10 minutes from the London Bridge and a very quiet cul da sac with maybe 5 other homes near us. Often a few hot air balloons would be in the air a few mornings a week. The home was nice and clean too. The slider doors were so nice to open in the front room and dinette area for a beautiful breeze. David and Lasette were easy to communicate with !

Havasu View

We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our 2 week “work-cation”. With one of our “offices” set up in the dining room, the huge master BR provided great space for the second. In fact, we could have probably put 3 offices into that space….and another in the large walk-in closet. 3 sliding doors led to a covered patio and hot tub in the backyard, and a 4th led to a separate patio in front with an amazing view of the lake. The house was located on a small cul-de-sac in a great part of town. We had everything we needed to feel at home: from the well-appointed kitchen to the huge sectional sofa in front of the big screen TV. If you are planning a trip to Havasu, you’ll definitely want to check this house out.
