The beach-themed interior decor adds that nice touch that will surely help you relax and leave all of your worries at the door. The living area is the perfect place to gather with your friends after spending the day at the beach or at the shared outdoor pool; kick back, relax, and a fun movie on the TV. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you could need to prepare delicious full-course meals, quick meals, and even beach snacks. Your patio is another great place to gather as it's equipped with comfortable chairs and offers great views of the complex.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
