Originally owned by a local rodeo rider and Montana State Senator, it`s still a cherished family gathering spot that evokes a sense of nostalgia and history. Enjoy a truly unique and memorable stay!

At the Rocking H, you`ll find ample space, beds, and amenities for up to 8 guests. This ranch-style home exudes timeless charm with wood paneling and carpeted floors, offering a clean, comfortable, and entertaining stay for all.

Guest access
There is ample space at the property for parking; up to 6 vehicles and even 1 large RV. Additionally, there is parking in the 2-car garage.
Guests will have access to the entire property and can easily check-in via a keycode.
Other things to note
Pets: Up to two dogs are welcome. Guests must pay a pet fee at the time of booking. Sadly, cats are not allowed due to allergies. Horses are welcome to stay in the fenced pasture behind the house!
Please note that we require a rental agreement to be signed.
Please note that prior to your arrival, we will verify your identity. We`ll also collect your choice of a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Bozeman Guesthouse offers itinerary planning and concierge services to make your next vacation truly done for you. Our network of handymen, tradespeople, and cleaners will ensure the house is ready for you and any maintenance issues will be handled quickly.
We follow all health department regulations and pay lodging taxes on this property as required by law.
The Rocking H operates legally as a short-term rental in Gallatin County. The property has been inspected and approved for guests by the fire department and health department. The well water is tested annually. The septic system has been approved for up to eight people staying in three bedrooms. All cleaners are licensed and certified in standard health and safety standards. These licenses and this protocol are an investment in our guest’s safety.

Nestled in a quiet rural neighborhood, this home offers peaceful strolls in the countryside. Within a 10-minute walk lies `Four Corners`, a quirky hub boasting a range of businesses including bars, a Mexican restaurant, a cowboy cafe, a breakfast place, an espresso stand, a pizza place, a small supermarket, and a fly-fishing shop with great advice on what the trout are biting at the time.
Ideal for adventures, the Rocking H serves as a perfect base camp. Situated just 15 minutes from both Bozeman`s vibrant Main Street and its international airport and within a scenic 1.5-hour drive to Yellowstone`s west entrance. For outdoor enthusiasts, Big Sky Ski Resort and Bridger Bowl Ski Area are easily accessible within 48 and 30 minutes respectively. The nearby Madison River offers opportunities for rafting, floating, and fishing, a mere 25 minutes away.
Indulge in relaxation at Bozeman Hot Springs, only a 5-minute drive from the home, while golfing and fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to a public 3-par golf course and the renowned Gallatin River, reachable within 10 minutes by car.

Enjoy world-renowned fly fishing, and stunning mountains for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, hunting, and backcountry exploring. There is free parking at the property for 6 vehicles and even 1 large RV. Additionally, there is parking in the 2-car garage.
You will require a vehicle to get around. While we do have Uber and Lyft, plus a free local bus service in Bozeman, you`ll need a vehicle to get to and from the house and experience all of Montana`s beauty.
We understand plans can change, so here’s a quick rundown of our cancellation policy:
- Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
- No Refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in.
- Special Case: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in.
Note: A 4% processing fee applies to all cancellations (excluding Airbnb bookings).

I've lived in Bozeman since 2010, and I've been hosting visitors since 2015. Before I was a full-time mom and property manager, I owned a boutique in Downtown Bozeman. My husband, Sten, is a Pennsylvania native and an Architect who graduated from MSU here in Bozeman.
Together with our two children, we adore Bozeman and love sharing it with our guests. We love hiking, biking, skiing, camping, riding motorcycles, traveling near and far, and meeting new people.
My goal, as your host, is to give you a seamless vacation. From inquiry to check-out, I'm here to answer your questions and help make your stay in Bozeman a memorable and comfortable one.
