Quite Quaint & Tranquil Studio Apartment

Tranquil Studio is a small slice of Lookout Mountains peace and quite. The neighborhood is extremely quite and safe but close to all the attractions Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga have to offer. The owners live in the main house and have a friendly dog. They can help with directions or any questions you may have!
The studio is brand new with fresh AC, flooring, bed, microwave, fridge and bathroom fixtures. The surrounding greenery and cows put you in a relaxed country state of mind but the accommodations are modern and clean.
There is not a full kitchen so this may be a good fit for guests who plan on eating out a bit more. There is a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave provided but there is no kitchen sink to wash plates or utensils. Disposable products are in room for your convenience.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was quiet and easy to find and the directions on check in and out were clear and concise. Whenever I reached out to the owner, I received a prompt response. The room was beautifully decorated and it felt luxurious. I wish the kitchen had a toaster over or something more than just a microwave, but other than that it was perfect and I would stay there again.

Covenant college move in day studio

Location 7 minutes from Covenant College. Owners were accomodating to us that lived stayes away to move in child to college. Answered questions quickly.

Small getaway near Chatt

The studio was very cute and in a great location. It was about a 30 min drive to anywhere in Chattanooga we wanted to go but still a secluded location for peace. Daisy the dog would greet us sometimes and she was so sweet! The only thing to be wary about is if you get car sick easily! You have to go up a curvy mountain road a lot if you are traveling between the studio and Chattanooga!

Nice getaway location

Everything was nice and as expected. Owner is nice and everything. Saw a deer on two occasion. No complaints, only negative is the ceiling may be a bit short for taller people. I'm 5'10 and it's not a problem, but I could definitely see some 6'3" person feeling uncomfortable potentially. Most people should have any issues though. I'd stay there again if I was in the area.

Perfect for couples

We were thrilled with our stay, we were comfortable just staying in for part of it and then venturing out when we wanted. It was quiet and calm and the peaceful recharge we desperately needed.

Tranquility

If you’re looking for a place that’s perfect to relax after a long day of hiking or checking out the town it’s perfect. Quite, peaceful, great place for the price to lay your head. Don’t have to go up crazy uphill roads to get there which was a nice change and located close to everything to do! Highly recommend

Cozy hideaway

The studio was just as pictured, clean, spacious & quiet. We checked out Ruby Falls & did a lil shopping. We enjoyed Daisy, the hosts dog. Just an overall great experience.

Better than the pictures!

This property was just perfect for what we needed. The owners have worked hard to make this a clean and modern space. We loved the decor! Also, the description of an extremely comfortable bed is absolutely ACCURATE! The drive up the mountain was a curvy one- but not difficult at all. This is a beautiful location. We experienced a slight problem with the water heater and the owners were very quick to help in any way they could! When they couldn’t fix the problem until morning, they even cleaned and offered a bathroom in the main house. We found this to be an overall wonderful stay.

Cozy retreat away from the city, the owners went above and beyond during our stay. After falling on a hike, I hurt my knee and they brought me a bag of ice. Then the morning we went to leave, our car needed a jump start and they came to the rescue again. We loved our stay and would absolutely return if we travel to the area again.

Beautiful

Property was quaint, clean and quiet. Located on the mountainside with the most spectacular views driving to and from local attractions. Ched gave us some great food recommendations and we hopped on a local brew tour that I also highly recommend. May be a bit off the beaten path but worth the little extra driving for a cozy and beautiful stay!

Perfect spot in the hills

This was a great spot between Chattanooga and cloudland state park. Everything was super clean and it was a really nice space to chill at the end of the day.

Just what we needed

Very nice place on top of Lookout Mtn. The place is small but clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone exploring the Mountain/Chattanooga.

The Sharpless family have been based out of St. Thomas VI for 18 years. Following the two category 5 hurricanes in 2017 they found Lookout Mountain and fell in love. The family splits time between the mountain and the islands.
Mrs. Sharpless is a meticulous type A personality and is a book-keeper by profession.
Mr. Sharpless is a restauranteur / entrepreneur by profession and has a creative mind that is bringing a new style of vacationing to Lookout Mountain. Stay tuned for Canopy Treesorts coming soon.

This property is the most relaxing place we have ever been. There is something magical that allows your mind to relax and forget about the problems you cant control. Its quite and full of nature. The cows across the street are a pleasure to watch over coffee or a glass of wine. The huge Elm tree in the back is one of the coolest trees we have ever seen. Just a pleasure to be on property!
