Plenty of room for everyone just steps from the ocean! Backyard will have table for outdoor dining and seating, inside common space, 6 bedrooms (3 with en suite bathrooms), plus 2 additional full bathrooms and an outside shower, plus parking for 4 and an additional room on the first floor that could be used as a bedroom for those who don't want to do the stairs. Home recently purchased, new to the rental market in 2021!

Great week at the beach

House was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone. Lauren was very accommodating and responsive to any and all questions asked.

Seamless...

Lauren and Brian made the check in process seamless and communication before and during the stay was incredible! The house was clean and bright! The house is a 3 minute walk from the beach and the neighbors were so friendly. There was plenty of room for my family to sleep and hang. The outside is a great feature with the grill and table. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Perfect!

We had such an amazing time here! Lauren is so kind, quick to respond, and one of the most thoughtful hosts we have ever had. We had the perfect Christmas vacation and we have her to thank. The house is beautiful and in a wonderful location, I would stay here again in a minute!

Fabulous shore house

One of our best weeks vacation at the shore. The house was open and roomy. The top floor had a sweet with a balcony where our teen boys stayed. Party of 11 with my kids and grandkids and there was enough space so no one felt crowded and could do their own thing. Great backyard for cocktails and grilling and enough seating. House provided beach chairs and 2 sand carts for easy transport. Very close to beautiful Silver Beach. Kids loved the proximity to the Wawa for late night snacks! Love the kitchen, didn’t lack for anything. Had great and friendly communication with the owners. This place is a 10 and I would not hesitate to book here in the future.

You won’t be disappointed!!!!

Had a fantastic stay at Lauren’s place!! In town for a family wedding. Incredible location, plenty of room, and only one block from beautiful Silver Beach!! The backyard was perfect for dinner or just sitting around. This is the perfect rental for multiple families!! Bedrooms were spacious, and the first floor office/bedroom was perfect for 87 year old Mom who can’t do stairs. Our stay was for 10 days, and not once did we feel like we were crowded together. Lauren was a spectacular host!!! Communication was top notch, response was always fast!! And the little extras upon check in were very much appreciated. She does it right!!!! We would definitely rent from Lauren again!!! Like the title says: “You Won’t Be Disappointed!!”

Perfect beach stay

We had a great stay at Lauren’s beach house. Lauren was easy to reach and communicated quickly with questions. The house is on the beach block so very safe with small kids and makes a quick walk back to the house for a bathroom break or mealtime. The house is also walking and driving distance to great restaurants and grocery stores. Wawa is around the corner. All living spaces and bedrooms were quite large and has all the basic amenities for your stay. There are 6 bedrooms plus a den downstairs that has a twin size bed. They have a keurig for brewing coffee so bring pods. Also the pots and pans were small/medium size so if you are in need of a large pot you may need to bring your own. Backyard was great with a large table where we ate most of our meals outside. It also comes with pretty much everything you need for the beach including a beach cart and chairs, and umbrella. We had a great stay with family and would definitely stay here again!

Summer Getaway at the Beach

The property met our expectations. We wanted a large house close to the beach. It has an adequate fenced in back yard patio for cookouts and entertaining. We really enjoyed having a natural gas grill to cook on.

Perfect house for multiple families - great location!

House was perfect for our two families, and plenty of room for overnight guests. Anyone not wanting to use the stairs can stay comfortably in the downstairs office/sitting room as a full bath is attached. The two master suites on the 3rd floor was perfect for the couples, while kids were all on 2nd floor sharing 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. One of the masters had a huge walk in closet that could easily be used for a pack-n-play if needed. A 3rd master suite on second floor was perfect for visiting grandparents and family. Kitchen had all amenities needed, with a large pantry under the stairs. Extra fridge was perfect for drinks. Blender wasn’t the most powerful, but we made do. Outside patio was spacious. House is on a very quiet street dead end street, so kids were able to play games in the street with their new neighbor friends. Our trip was really perfect!! Planning our next stay here once we work out calendars! Also, Lauren was very responsive with all my questions leading up to, and even during our stay when needed. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect stay at the shore!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Lauren’s. The house was just as pictured, nice and new and very clean. Amazing location on the beach block. Lauren also was such a great host - super responsive and helpful with any questions. Would definitely return!
