No matter the season, this condo at The Aspens will give you the Whistler experience you've been dreaming of! With a ski-in/out location on the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain and easy access to golf, hiking, mountain biking, and the many attractions of Whistler Village, this condo will ensure that you never run out of memorable activities. Prepare breakfast each morning in the well-equipped kitchen and sip your coffee by the gas fireplace or outside on the balcony. Fantastic shared amenities on-site include two hot tubs, a heated outdoor pool, ski and bike storage, and a fitness room.

For a bit of fun away from the mountain, head over to the Upper Village area and grab a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants, window shop in various boutiques, or stop into a pub for an evening drink with loved ones. Don't worry about driving in the snow, as you will have access to the complimentary shuttle that will bring you to the best attractions in the area. Come summer, golf to your heart's content at one of the stunning courses nearby, or hike days away on Whistler or Blackcomb trails.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I didnt like that I wasnt informed beforehand there would be an additional fee to park at the property. The sofa bed linens had not been changed and there were not extras for us to change them ourselves. I did enjoy the spaciousness of the unit and everything was quiet. Use of the pool is another bonus.

Great location, excellent facilities

Very quiet and all windows face straight out onto dense trees. Location next to the ski slope is ideal. Staff friendly and helpful. Access to pool and hot tub nice to have as well. Apartment is lovely, but some furniture looking a bit worn.

Really love the location and facilities, ie pool. The room was pretty tired though with a ripped couch and a bed that felt like it had box springs and no mattress. Customer services were lacking as well…

Not worth the money spent

When I made the booking it was based on a series of photos that they had on their website, when they sent me the booking confirmation it was of a different unit, much older looking less modern furniture than what was described when I had booked, decided to give it a chance anyway. Very disappointed, the sofa was so old and worn, rips in at least three areas, The bathroom had a very strong mildew smell and I ended up getting a sinus infection. I wouldn’t come back or wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Good location and complex, terrible bed and kitchen

The BAD: Worst bed I have ever had in a VRBO/Hotel - dare I say in my life? Yep... Could feel the springs. Kitchen is under funded, not many pots/pans, untensils. I would hope the bed is replaced for the next guests or I absolutely do NOT recommend staying in this unit. Unit was also super hot and stuffy for the first 2 days of our 3 day stay. Took a while to cool down once we opened everything up. The Good: When I voiced my concerns about the bed/heat, Vacasa was GREAT in trying to help. They offered to move us to another unit, but as we had been there two days already we didn't have the desire to move everything. They did give us more comfortable pillows and a bed cover that helped (a little) for our last night. They also gave us a bottle of wine. Top notch customer service. Great location, can walk to the village easily. Large heated pool and three hot tubs.

Epic getaway

Friendly staff. Easy check in. Room is exactly as advertised. Clean and spacious. Bed and sofa bed could be more comfortable. Other than that everything you need is provided. Amazingly quiet. Beautiful walk to the village. Six minute drive to the scandanaive spa. Ski lift is right out the back gate. Although we didn’t use the amenities, the gym, pools and hot tubs looked fantastic. I would definitely stay here again!

Cozy place

Clean, functional, quiet place located close to upper village. Good launching point to Lost Lake. Clean and children friendly pool, plus 3 hot tubs. Kitchen has newer appliances and is fully equipped with utensils. Good place to call “home” for a few days.

Whistler Get Away

The closeness to the Village, it is a short walk, just out the side gates. Best to ask front desk for direction before leaving. The home seemed to be sound proof, I couldn't hear anything from the livingroom. I asked for King bed, and got it, it was great I slept really well despite it being hard. I didn't know that I could sleep on a hard bed. Blackcomb mountain lift is right beside the hotel, it was only lift working during the week so it was convenient.

Perfect accommodation for a few days in Whistler

Everything was great excepyt the bed!

Great location, and very nice apartment. Great for 2 days in Whistler. I would probably not stay again as the bed was extremely firm and the pillows were way to large and fluffy, but that is just personal taste that is hard to please everyone. Also the pool should have been way warmer for outside swimming but the hot tubs were very nice.

Nice place, fantastic amenities and location

The unit itself is a little dated, however it was still very comfortable and had everything that we needed. The property is fantastic, the building had wonderful amenities and helpful staff and the location is terrific. Would certainly stay again!

Located just above the Blackcomb gondola, the building is true ski-in/ski-out. Easy walk to upper and lower village. Furnishing are a little worn and dates, but overall a great little place for after a long day on the slopes.

Fantastic location

On mountain, ski-in, ski-out, valet...what's not to love?! My only complaint is the poor kitchen utensils, supplies and equipment. For the price of the room, this should definitely be upgraded.
