Offering a prime location on the Village Stroll within walking distance of the ski lifts, this updated condo at Whistler's Town Plaza Suites provides every necessity for a memorable escape to the mountains of British Columbia. Thoughtfully equipped for every season, this condo features a private balcony, its own washer/dryer, and a gas fireplace to make your evenings cozier. On the grounds of the property, you'll also be welcomed home from your daily adventures by a community hot tub and fitness center.

The Town Plaza Suites are a collection of three, three-story condo lodges: Deer, Bear, and Eagle Lodge. You'll be located right on the Village Stroll, with restaurants, shops, and groceries mere steps away and the ski lifts a third of a mile south. If you don't feel like walking to the lifts, you can easily hop on board the free bus #4 from Village Gate Boulevard. The Whistler Golf Club is less than half a mile southwest, whereas the Whistler Museum and the Audain Art Museum are less than a quarter-mile to the west and east, respectively.

Things to Know
The Hot Tub and Fitness Rooms have been approved for an upgrade this year! In order to accomplish this, the Fitness Room and Hot Tub will be closed starting summer of 2025.
The Fitness Room & Hot Tub/Changing Rooms will be closed until further notice, until this renovation project is complete.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The shared laundry facilities are coin-operated.
There is free WiFi on the property.
Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect family apartment

We took our three adult kids for their first Whistler experience (from Australia) and the apartment accommodated us well, it was centrally located, and Deer Lodge added to the mountain vibe. Loved it. Would stay again!

Roomy stay

We liked the layout with the two rooms separated by a large common area and ensuite off one. Close to the hustle and busyness of the village. A great short stay with everything we needed!

Whistler is aging well as a planned resort nearing 45 years. This condo has been well maintained too but not new. Location very good right on the main street everything walkable. 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms were comfortable. We were warm, but multiple thermostats and combinations of baseboard heaters, a fireplace we couldn't make work, and a ductless air conditioner (we didn't need or try) are not modern. Washer/dryer were welcome. Parking is extra but convenient and covered for winter. We had a good two night stay and can recommend it to you. Price was very good in October. Whistler is the perfect resort town in beautiful surroundings.

Easy access to everything in Whistler

Overall great stay. Check-in was understaffed and slow, but they made it work. Condo was clean and had everything needed for a 5 day work trip to the area.

Convenient but noisy

Convenient to many restaurants, grocery and shops. Ice skating rink and playground close by. Less than 10 minute walk to base was great. Lots of noise from nearby bar/ restaurant at night and then loud folks outside until all hours made sleep difficult tim times.

Walk to lifts

Roomy and well equipped two bedroom, two bathroom condo, walking distance from the gondolas. Great hot tub in the adjoining building. The gymnasium is barely functional.

Loved the location and proximity to everything as well as all of the space in this property. It 100 percent met all of our needs. It was a bit noisy in the evening because of the pub below but it was very tolerable and the noise died down by 10 pm. I would definitely book this property again and recommend it to others.

Great Floorplan & Location

Spacious floorplan allows couples to share the unit without tripping over each other. A bit of a walk to the elevator and slopes, but still in the village with all its splendor. Best to come in one vehicle to minimize extra parking charges.

Great place, a little confusing check-in

The place itself was fantastic, and easily accommodated the 6 of us. Location was great, and we were enjoyed the unit. The check-in process was a little confusing, especially in finding parking, and having it be at 4pm with only one check-in person at the desk and a long line out the door. However, it went quickly, and a second person joined which sped up the process. Also slightly annoying that the hot tub was in another building; however, we were only there for a couple days so it did not dampen the mood. Balcony is barely two feet deep, but it was cold so not the end of the world. Overall, would return for a ski trip.

Disappointing

We had booking a suite as we were travelling with our son, daughter in law and 10 month old baby - we were put above a pub with music blaring half the night. There was empty Heineken bottles still on the balcony when we got in over 30 minutes late. We asked if we could have an extra 30/45 minutes to check out when we were leaving because it was the baby’s nap time and were told no even though we were late getting into our room. We took the travel cot and stroller to the car and by the time we came back to collect our bag at 10.01am we were locked out and had to wait for a new code to be sent through. When we return to Whistler we would not book this apartment again

Don't stay in this accommodation!!

Terrible experience. The door knob was broken and we didn't get into our suite until 11pm. They wouldn't find a different suite for us or make it an urgent matter. No one was able to really able to help us in a timely manner. Our young kids and aging parents had to wait in the parking until we could access our room ( at 11pm). That seems very unreasonable. The elevator was broken. It's very loud at night ( Pub across the street) No hot tub in the building ( you have to get to a different building). false advertising. Before writing such a negative review, I tried to contact customer service or Vacasa, but no one responded or even apologized for the inconvenience.
