IMPORTANT MAINTENANCE INFORMATION:
Ongoing Glacier Lodge Property Projects - Courtyard Pool & Hot Tub Closure
From Monday, June 9th, 2025, the courtyard (including the pool and hot tubs) will be closed to undergo the courtyard membrane replacement project. This closure is expected to continue until late fall 2026.
During this time, construction noise is expected to be heard throughout the building, and construction will be visible from courtyard-facing unit.
Rates have been adjusted accordingly on courtyard-facing units to acknowledge any inconvenience that may be experienced as a result of this project.

Important Maintenance Information - Ongoing Glacier Lodge Property Projects
>>> **Courtyard Pool & Hot Tub Closure**
Starting Monday, June 9, 2025, the Courtyard, including the Pool and Hot Tubs, will be closed to begin the Courtyard Membrane Replacement Project. This closure is expected to continue until late fall 2026.
Please note this general disruption schedule.
A temporary winter enclosure tent will be erected in the 3rd week of November 2025, for approximately 4 months. The tent dimensions will be 16.5' high and 52' long. Which will be visible from all interior courtyard-facing units.
October 2025 to January 2026 is mechanical work, which should have moderate to low noise and disruption.
Intermittent construction noise will occur between January and June 2026. Work will include:
- Concrete saw cutting for formwork
- Grinding of concrete
- General hand and power tool use (hammers, drills, compactors, lifts, jackhammers)
All work will strictly follow the Whistler Municipal Bylaw construction hours. The work schedule is planned to commence between 8-9 am, and shifts will range between 10-12 hours, with work days concluding near 8 pm at the latest.

We wish to inform all guests that room rates have been reviewed for this property during the amenities renovation and closure. The rates reflect the current status of operations.

Be among the first on the slopes each morning when you escape to Glacier Lodge 252, ideally situated a short stroll from the Peak 2 Peak Gondola. Enjoy a number of hotel-style amenities on the grounds, including a fitness centre, a pub and restaurant, complimentary ski and snowboard storage, laundry facilities, and a 24-hour front desk.

This mountain suite is ideal for a small family or two couples. Inside, the open layout includes a nicely furnished living area warmed by a gas fireplace, a dining space, and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Right outside, there's a furnished balcony where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air while sipping a mug of hot cocoa. In addition to the bedroom, a queen sofabed in the living area offers extra sleeping space.

Glacier Lodge sits along a cobblestone pedestrian path in the heart of the Upper Village, making it easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. Take a scenic ride aboard the Peak 2 Peak Gondola, the highest lift in the world at over 1,400 feet which runs between Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains. In warm weather, bring your clubs to play the 18 holes of Whistler Golf Club, take a zipline tour with Ziptrek Encounters, or hike one of the magnificent local trails. Be sure to visit the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre across the road as well, offering a fascinating look at the history of the area's Indigenous peoples.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay, great space, close to where we had to be but not inside all the chaos of the dance competition held at the fairmont. Loved the “GLodge Homestead”. I would go back. Great location Thank you for sharing!

Great location, close to gondola, nice well equipped condo. Hot tubs and pool were excellent. Parking (reasonable price) and ski valet were great. Only downside was the hide-a-bed was a bit uncomfortable and a very noisy fridge. Otherwise a great unit

Great Location

This property is exactly as advertised. It is well located near the base of Blackcomb and easy five minute walk from the unit there is ski check in near the lobby which made things very easy. The television in the bedroom is very small and channels are limited. The television in the living area had some issues with unexplainably, turning on, we had to unplug it. Also, noticed that the light over the kitchen table was flickering while the microwave operated, which means that the unit is underpowered.

great stay

We stay in whistler often for our kids training and have stayed all over the mountain. This unit I would stay in again as the pull out was comfortable, the pots/pans weren't pealing teflon (a small thing but so many units have really terrible cookware) and location wise it's great. Also we had a broken toaster which was promptly replaced even though I said we wouldn't need it. Would recommend without hesitation.

Everything you Need

We came for the 50th Yamaha Motor Canada Anniversary Conference. The rental was situated footsteps away from the Fairmount and a beautiful 18 min walk to the conference Center. Building was clean, quiet and underground paid parking was great!! Only thing I would change is the 1 ply toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towel but as this was the only downfall I would 100% stay here again!!

Enjoyed our stay, but little disappointed

Overall the stay was as advertised. Would have appreciated the listing to say paid parking, as it was an additional $20 per night. We stayed for 2 nights and would have appreciated a few amenities in the kitchen. Only thing provided was salt and pepper and one coffee pouch. Some oil for cooking or basic condiments/spices will go along way for future bookings. Worst part of the stay we’re the pillows. Sadly they were so thick and huge it was a very uncomfortable sleep and sore necks. Pool and hot tub were great and the walk into the main village wasn’t long.

The condo was nice, spacious and comfortable. It had a great location to Blackcomb. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. The front desk was always helpful.
