Located in a quite lake community with Lake front access directly from the backyard. It is 4,600 sq. ft, 3-story home with 5 bedrooms + 4 full baths + 1 powder room and offers 1 enclosed garage for 2 cars. The 1st Master is located on the 2nd floor and the 2nd Master is located on the basement level. The remaining 3 guest rooms are on the main level along with the common areas. There are 3 outdoor decks, the 1st one is on the mail level, the 2nd one is middle way in the backyard and the 3rd one is on the Lake. There is a game room and movie room at the basement level with access to Outdoor Hot Tub. This home is 30 miles from the Airport, 27 miles to downtown, Publix (6 m), Walmart (9 m) and intown area (9 m).

12. BBQ Grill: this is not gas, it is Charcoal (materials not provided, guests must bring their own) ** Please message the host for code, there is $50 fully refundable for cleaning assurance only.
13. Fire Pit: available for guest use (materials not provided, Guest must bring their own)
14. Hot Tub: available for guest use (Do Not add substances, Drinks or Eat INSIDE Hot Tub!!)
15. Garage for 2 cars + additional 4 cars spaces for driveway * Absolutely NO Street Parking
16. Quite hour is 9 pm (No loud music and no neighborhood disturbance)

SPECIAL NOTE: We provide “starting kit” toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, detergent…etc. for your short-term stays. For one week or longer stays, you will need to buy extras for your remaining stays. The cleaning fee is to have a professional cleaner to service the house after your stay. Beware of bugs and crawler’s native to the lake environment, please take any precautions necessary before going out in the lake, especially during the evening time.
