The villa is located in a quiet area just 10 minutes from the centre of Avignon. Ideal for enjoying the festival :) The accommodation has been awarded 3 keys by Clévacances, a guarantee of quality and experience. It's all on one level - easy access for everyone - and you won't be overlooked. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, or during the Avignon theatre festival! Take advantage of the private swimming pool and the entire accommodation. The internet connection is very fluid thanks to the fibre. There's also an office space for teleworking, for example. As for parking, you can park your vehicle inside the property, and there is another space just outside the gate, as well as two spaces reserved for visitors in the street around the property. All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge. A washer-dryer, freezer and griddle are located in the adjoining utility room. Baby equipment is available (2 cots/children's bath/toilet rail/changing table/high chair/babyphone/games, etc.).
The decor and bedding have been carefully thought out to ensure your well-being. Linen is included (sheets, duvets, towels and pool towels).
Arrival and departure times are flexible. Check-out can be arranged up to 5pm, subject to availability. We can also use a secure key box if required for your convenience.
