With soaring ceilings throughout , this family friendly home is ready to welcome you and your family.

The main floor contains the kitchen and dining area, as well as a large living room with TV. Off of the dining area sits your private deck.

You will find 3 bedrooms on the second floor, with one of them being a large master ensuite with walk-in closet.

The third level is a bonus room, and currently contains two additional beds.

From barbeques on the deck, to family dinners around the table, to popcorn and movies in the living room, this home will make for creating some great family memories.

Absolutely Unacceptable

Upon day of arrival we did not have check in details as of 1pm and check in was scheduled for 3pm. I had to call and text property manager several times in which case I was told they forgot about the reservation and would need extra time to clean prior to my arrival. Therefore my check in time was pushed to 5pm. Upon arrival we were met with a security code that was the same as the address which is completely unsafe. A deadbolt that didn’t work therefore the house was unable to be secure! Upon walking in it looked like a party had just left, the place was disgusting, unmade beds, mattresses on the floor with no bed frames in all rooms except 1. Broken window in master bedroom with bugs ALL OVER! Property is located in a very bad part of town and completely unsafe. Would highly recommend avoiding this property. I submitted pictures and videos to VRBO and asked for them to do a better background check. Only positive out of entire situation was the property manager promptly refunded money within 30min. Yet we were stuck searching for a hotel last min. In the other side of town away from this area.

Family trip

There was 8 of us and the house worked out well, the dish washer was broke but no big deal. It was warm out so we spent most of our time on the rear deck which was nice.

Better than the pictures

This property was much more spacious than the pictures suggested. The bedrooms were very large and main floor was huge and open and good for hosting a large group. This place could comfortably hold 16 if you brought a couple of air mattresses because of all the extra space in bedrooms and attic room.

Renter beware: I would NOT RECOMMEND

First and foremost- I contacted the host and VRBO to fix this issue to no resolution. I was in communication with the host up until the day I checked in. After that, they didn’t reply a single time I messaged them throughout my stay. The house is off a major highway and not the best part of town to say the least. Upon arrival we noticed you could hear the traffic from inside, there was a rip in the couch and a piece of wood sticking out, Cobb webs in every corner downstairs, the powder room door didn’t close, the third floor was open to the stairwell with no railings, which posed a safety concern for my small children, the beds were on the floor (no headboard or bed rails). I messaged the host and received no reply. Later throughout our stay we noticed the master bath window was broken and open to the outside, the dishwasher was filled with sewage on the bottom and inoperable, the freezer would not close and therefore leaked and anything we put in the fridge froze. It also started to rain during our stay, which therefore led to a LEAK IN THE CEILING! This clearly was a previous issue because the ceiling had a water ring and a metal plate was patched on top of it. I messaged the host again, with no reply. After our stay I called VRBO and was told that since I didn’t report the issues within 12 hours, I was not eligible for a refund and that I should ask the host for a refund. I reached out to the host (threatening to write this lovely review of course) and they FINALLY REPLIED! They said they checked out the property and that the beds are not on the floor, housekeeping didn’t see the leak we spoke about (idk how you could miss the big bucket with towels under it) and that the fridge did in fact work and therefore I would not receive any money back. The host failed to address any other issue adequately or explain why they were MIA the duration of my stay. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. This host and property are Misrepresenting VRBO as a company.
