Just minutes away from local attractions. 3 King beds, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofabed, 2 full baths, kitchen and living room. Outside you'll enjoy unparalleled river views and access. We also have a tree swing, porch swing and hot tub for your enjoyment. We include one adult and one youth kayak.

We had a wonderful time beside the river. I’m sure it is fun to stay in the summer because of the river. Instead we had a small fire on a really cold day. The house was as described and very nice. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the amenities.

House was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants, grocery and attractions. House was much larger than appears from the outside and the pictures online. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

We came for a short stay and brought our dog with us. The property is perfect for a few days of relaxing by the river while the dog splashed in the water. Close enough to everything you want to see and do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but still quiet and peaceful. Great property and location

We had an amazing stay here. There was ample room for us and our three children and spouses. The hotub was nice, and having the kayaks available was amazing even if it was too cool for us. We hope to book again in warmer weather and take full advantage of the kayaks. All the men folk loved the convent fishing location as well. I highly recommend. Everything was GREAT!

Easy and nice

Great location. Perfect size for 4 adults and 3 teens. Beautiful river. Greats bathrooms and so much room everywhere. Would 100% stay again, loved the property.

Our stay was amazing, the home and location were beautiful and communication with the owners was on point! We really enjoyed this location. The river was peaceful and we enjoyed spending our evenings around the fire pit. Only downside - the beds were horribly uncomfortable and noisy (squeaking with every movement). With several family members who have back issues, the uncomfortable mattresses did have a negative impact on our vacation.

Great landing pad

This was a fantastic spot to recharge after a day out with good communal space and individual spaces. Some geese even came to say good morning while we had our coffee by the river to start our day.

My husband & I love the smokey mountains and visit as often as possible. I grew up near Chattanooga TN and it's great to return to our roots and spend time with family. With our vacation home it makes it easier to enjoy a visit more often we hope to share the home we enjoy with you!

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place. We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenity is the hot tub. We love to go to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just a few miles from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)

We love being in the natural wonder around the home. Having a hot tub on site is wonderful. We are close to restaurants, Shows & Museums. Our favorite restaurants are Apple Barn, Local Goat, Junction 35, & Blue Moose. Our favorite shows are the Stampede, Pirates, and Country Tonite
