The Space:
La Centrale of Île de Ré offers the Marité villa, located at Clos Hermione, a set of 3 new independent houses with 4 bedrooms and classified as 4-star.
Walking distance to La Flotte beach, the centre and shops.
The houses can be rented individually or simultaneously while preserving the privacy and autonomy of each.
The villa has a covered terrace, which is a real asset in case of rain or extreme heat.
A private spa for four people in the enclosed landscaped garden is accessible from the master bedroom and the living room. The spa is available from 28 March to 31 October 2026.
The villa has reversible air conditioning in all rooms.
WIFI Internet access included.
Close to cycle paths, shops and the market, the house is 500 metres from the beach.
2 private parking spaces: for 1 car + 1 electric / hybrid vehicle.
Parking for 8 bicycles.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR :
The villa is comfortable and has a living/lounge area with a fully equipped open kitchen.
Bedroom 1 MASTER consists of a double bed 160x200 and a private bathroom.
A separate toilet.
ON THE FIRST FLOOR :
Master Bedroom 2 consisting of a double bed 160x200 and a private bathroom.
Bedroom 3 with a double bed 160x200.
