## Space
Located in the heart of the secure Marina Lodge residence, this bright 54 sqm villa is fully equipped to offer a comfortable and friendly stay.

It features two bedrooms:
- one with a 140 cm double bed,
- the other with a 160 cm double bed.

Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, as well as duvets and pillows for your comfort. The living room also includes a sofa bed, providing an additional sleeping space, and a TV.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook independently. It includes a Senseo coffee machine, a classic filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a wine cooler, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils to cook easily during your stay.

A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a bath mat. The toilet is separate, offering added comfort.

Outside, enjoy a large 150 sqm private garden and a spacious shaded wooden terrace, opening onto the charming wooden walkways of the residence. The garden is equipped with high and low outdoor furniture, a parasol, sun loungers, and an electric plancha, perfect for summer meals.

For year-round comfort, the property offers fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and access to the shared swimming pool, open from June 1st to September 30th.

Finally, two private parking spaces are reserved for the property and are located within the residence’s private and secure parking area.

The flat has 2 private parking spaces at the entrance to the residence, closed by an electric gate.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is completely enclosed. The residence is quiet and family-oriented.

## Transit
By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. This airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 100 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
