This beautiful brand 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is ready for you and your group! The open concept floor plan, stone countertops, white shaker cabinets and stainless steel appliances make this new home feel modern and clean. The no-step entry and wide, open spaces make this home great for people of all ages and handicap accessible. The fully stocked kitchen and private BBQ grill allow you to easily make all of your favorite meals. The large ROKU TV in the living room provides great entertainment and an easy way to cast all of your favorite movies and shows. It is a great place to gather as family or friends in the evenings.

Being in a development called Lochwood, there are many amenities that come with this home that make it an awesome place to stay and create memories. You'll have access to the community pool, hot tub, gym, clubhouse, pool table, playground and common area! (Amenities are open Memorial Day - Labor Day. Pool & Hot Tub closed from Sept-May!). Whether you want to send the kids to the pool during the day, or want to take a quick dip in the hot tub to warm up after a long day on the lake, we know you'll love the amenities that come with this home.

You are within walking distance to the Utah Marina, and right across the street from the brand new grocery store (opened Spring 2021). Blue Bear Bungalow is a quick 2 minute drive to the heart of Garden City, where you can enjoy all of the delicious raspberry shakes and local restaurants the city has to offer.

Best lake trip with Fam

Property was just as shown & located very close to the marina which we wanted. Great neighborhood to walk in. Very pleased with the whole experience & would rent again.

Best Time Ever!

The house was perfect! Great location in the town. The town itself is WONDERFUL. We came to Bear Lake so I could run the Bear Lake Trifecta. Made it a girls' trip with my mom, sisters and a college friend. The house was perfect for us. I want to come back in the future with my husband and kids, and we will definitely book this house again!

Review of Blue Bear Bungalow

We recently stayed at Blue Bear and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, the house was impeccably clean, which made a great first impression. Its fantastic location offers convenient access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making our daily outings enjoyable and hassle-free. However, there were a few downsides. The bed in the master bedroom was quite squeaky and not very comfortable, which affected the quality of our sleep. The internet connection was also unreliable and slow, making it challenging to stay connected or stream content. The kitchen, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades. The cookware provided was outdated and not in the best condition, which made preparing meals a bit of a concern on what you are cooking with and ingesting. Overall, while the cleanliness and location were top-notch, the issues with the bed, internet, and cookware were slight drawbacks. With a few improvements, this could be a prime place to stay. The property also included a few bikes and two kayaks, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and will book again in the future!

Nice Bungalow

Great hosts, and communication. Needful information was posted by the front door, which was very handy. The only thing missing is the directions/address of the pool.Our son‘s family was staying right on the lake so we just needed a clean and comfortable place in town to sleep/shower/breakfast. This bungalow is fairly new and everything is in great shape. It was very spacious for our group of five, except for the shower in the master bathroom which was small but serviceable and there is a lovely garden tub option. The master bathroom itself felt roomy. There’s plenty of storage space, and the kitchen is well stocked. There was even some disposable dishes and flatware, baggies, plastic wrap. There are extras in the laundry room/mudroom and garage, though we didn’t use any of them, such as bicycles, a paddle board, cooler, beach towels, etc. We slept OK on the beds. There is a patio and grill and in the back yard is a nice table with chairs. One very nice extra touch was the tiny little chair for our 14 month old granddaughter. In our case, as a group not needing accommodations with a great view, the location was perfect as the bungalow is near Mike’s grocery store. We always forget to bring something and it was a quick trip to the store and back, taking up very little time. Other places we have stayed have been up steep, narrow roads which can eat up spare time maneuvering through and this is in a nice flat neighborhood. The location is perfect for enjoying downtown.

We loved the property! It was a great space for our group. My elderly mom really appreciated the main level living. It’s nice to not have to worry about stairs. My co-parent and I enjoyed the kitchen where we made great breakfast each morning using the skillet in the center of the gas stove. We liked the large TV where we had movie night our last night. We appreciated the bicycles and life jackets.

Nice house near Bear Lake

Our family stopped here for a few days as part of a larger road trip. It was clean and there was plenty of room for the family to relax. The area was really nice. The lake was very pretty, there was decent hiking and Minnetonka Cave was cool.

Great Place!

I love this little town. The house is beautiful and plenty of room for us. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The garage is a big plus with ski and snowboard equipment.

Helpful and responsive property management

The home was in a good location close to a gas station and grocery store. The house was clean and met our expectations. The only disappointment was that the dryer didn’t work and the laundry mat is in Montpelier. The property management was quick to respond and offered to come pickup the laundry and dry it themselves. The property management was very responsive and helpful. We were kind of disappointed that the swimming pool is not actually outside our back door as the pictures showed, but rather at a clubhouse. We had a great time.

Beautiful Bear Lake

We love Bear Lake and really enjoyed the property. The property manager communicated very quickly and was very helpful. The home is new, beautiful, and in close proximity to everything including 1/4 mile to the marina, walking distance to the main grocery store in town, and driving distance to everything else. The home was stocked well with all essentials. Only opportunities were the dryer wasn’t working, and couch bed was missed by the cleaning crew. We will definitely be back to this spot next year!

Cute and Clean Blue Bungalow

The property is compact but comfortable. The beds and pillows were soft, though we didn't use the sleeper sofa, so I can't assess that. The house was very clean and reasonably well stocked with dishes and cookware. I have no hesitation recommending this as a great vacation choice.
