La hermosa villa tiene una vista maravillosa del mar y las llamadas montañas de "cinco dedos". Tiene 4 habitaciones (2 habitaciones tienen 1 cama doble cada una y 2 habitaciones tienen dos camas individuales), 2 baños (uno en cada piso), una gran cocina con equipos de alta calidad y una gran sala de estar con un sofá cama, Smart LED TV, Internet WIFI y 2 mesas de comedor para 6 personas cada una. Todas las habitaciones tienen su propio balcón pequeño y están equipadas con aire acondicionado con control remoto. El salón también está equipado con un gran sistema de aire acondicionado e incluso tiene una hermosa y gran chimenea de granito. Las dos terrazas sombreadas de pérgola ofrecen una maravillosa vista del mar y las montañas. (Planta baja - terraza: 75m², planta superior - terraza: 15m²). Entre otras cosas, la villa tiene una piscina privada con 6 tumbonas e iluminación interior y exterior, por lo que la piscina se puede utilizar en cualquier momento. Un jardín mediterráneo bien cuidado rodea la villa y está decorado con algarrobos y tartán, palmeras, rosas chinas y muchas otras plantas. El jardín también tiene una parrilla y sillas de jardín.

Ideal para 1-2 familias; para hasta 10 personas (4 dormitorios y sala de estar con sofá cama).

Hay varios bares y restaurantes en los alrededores de la villa. aproximadamente 300 metros a la derecha y a la izquierda de la villa hay una hora de café negro o café / restaurante de coco. Los restaurantes cercanos están a unos 700 metros de distancia, como 'Emiley's Bar & Restaurants' con música en vivo o un restaurante indio. Dentro de 3 kilómetros hay muchos más restaurantes, bares con música en vivo.

Holiday with friends

The villa is spacious and well situated, not overlooked so privacy is great. You will need a car whilst here. The owner responded to all questions and issues quickly. The villa is well equipped with everything you need. The villa could do with painting, the gardens need tidying ( lots of weeds), the bbq is situated behind the outdoor shower area and we were not able to use this as we got terrible bites when standing in the gravel garden area. It would be helpful if there was a welcome pack with information re services, we had a power cut and did not know that the water pump cuts off and needs resetting, we were without water until the cleaner could get to us at 10.30 pm, so much easier if we had known about this, we could easily have rectified the problem. Although we had some issues it didn’t deter from us having a great holiday. The pool is great and outdoor space has terrific shaded areas.

Rest from the hustle and bustle

Home owner very helpful and kind. He wrote back quickly, and if something had to be done within one hour someone came to help. Without a car as without a hand. The homeowner also helped us rent a car. The house is very nice and big. Ideal for families with children. The downside is the long distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. With children there is no chance to go on foot.

Very lovely villa in Northern Cyprus

We stayed at Villa La Top for about two and a half weeks and we had a really nice time in Cyprus. First of all, I wanted to thank the owner of the villa. The service was excellent. The housekeeper was so supportive and did a good job. The Pool was cleaned regularly and our wishes were fulfilled everytime. The House is in perfect condition. The location is very central. We rented a car, so we could visit all sides of northern cyprus. Within 1 Hour you reach nearly every spot of northern cyprus. Kyrenia was really beautiful and is reachable in 25 min. We probably will come again next year to Villa La Top.

Never fails to impress

Well we returned 12 months later and so glad we chose this lovely holiday home once more. Only 10 nights this time after allowing for a couple of nights either way in Istanbul and delighted to land at Ercan in daylight hours for a change. A 35 minute drive in the hire car and we were at Villa Top, just perfect. My previous review mentioned the space and facilities and rather than repeat myself I thought I would mention a very welcomed addition this year, a poolside shower...great idea. Looks like the owner has changed her maintenance man this year and the pool was in top class condition thanks to his attention (cleaned it 3 times during our 10 day stay). I'm going to give serious consideration to returning yet again next year, a big world and lots of choice out there but I think I have found an excellent home away from home and the lure of Villa Top is pretty strong.

Wow! Perfect Villa, perfect Holiday

This was our 4th Northern Cyprus Villa Rental in the past 6 years and while we had become accustomed to great quality from the villas on this part of the island we hadn't quite expected the high specification that awaited...genuine wow factor as we walked through the front door. The description on the website is accurate but in my opinion under-sells this property, the rooms are all good sized and finished to a high standard with marble floors. A very large well equipped kitchen opening onto an even larger lounge area is quite stunning. The highlight has to be the well apportioned private pool at the rear of the property, providing nice wide terracing all the way around with shade in the most appropriate places. Communication with the owner from start to finish was trouble free, each question was answered almost instantly and well ahead of my arrival I received details of the housekeeper and contact numbers for when I would be on the island. In my experience this is the sort of information renters usually have to chase but this owner was well organised. One drawback for Northern Cyprus tends to be the arrival time of flights from the UK, in my experience they are either very early in the day or very very late at night...No problem with this villa. After the transfer from Ercan we arrived at almost 1am but there waiting at the villa to help us settle in and hand over keys was the house-keeper, with a beaming smile and kind words...just what was needed after a long flight. I thought long and hard about leaving a review, after all I don't want everyone to find this little gem and make it hard for me to find availability. But I am doing so now because I have already booked my return visit for this August where my wife and I will celebrate our 30th anniversary, can't think of a better place to do this :-)

Schöne Herbsttage in Zypern!

Die Lage und Ausstattung des Objekts ist korrekt und genau wie in der Beschreibung angeben. Die Villa sieht genau wie auf den Bildern aus, wenn nicht sogar besser. Wir verbrachten zweiundhalb wunderschöne Wochen in dieser bezaubernden Villa. Wir reisten mit zwei Familien und alles war perfekt. Platz und Räumlichkeit war genügend enthalten. Die Villa war sehr sauber als wir anreisten, Außerdem erwähnenswert sind der Super Service und der nette Housekeeper! Der Pool wurde jeden dritten Tag, wenn ich mich nicht irre, gereinigt. Zypern hat uns sehr gefallen, alles ist in Kürze erreichbar. Es herrscht kein Massentourismus und ist wirklich zum entspannen da. Zypern hat sehr schöne, große und unberührte Landschaften. Obwohl wir im Herbst in Zypern waren, konnten wir dank dem angenehmen Klima jederzeit ans Meer oder ins Pool. Die zentrale Lage der Villa ermöglichte uns fast ganz Zypern in kurzer Zeit zu erkunden. Die Villa bietet einen wunderschönen Blick zum Meer und in die Berge. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge sind garantiert. Nach diesen herrlichen Wochen in Zypern kann ich nur jeden, die Villa weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal, jedoch nächstes Mal zu Sommer oder im frühen Herbst, da es im Spätherbst relativ windig war. Besonders nahe der Villa spürt man den Wind, aufgrund der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Meer.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Wir verbrachten 8 unvergessliche Tage in Villa 'LA TOP'. Die Angaben der Lage, Ausstattung waren wie vom Vermieter beschrieben. Die Villa ist sehr zentral gelegen und somit konnten wir einige Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe erkunden. Restaurants, Bars und Lebensmittelgeschäfte waren nicht weit von der Villa entfernt. Der natur gelassene Strand ist paar hundert Meter von der Villa entfernt und schnell im Spaziergang erreichbar. Die Villa ist schön, gemütlich eingerichtet und schaut sogar besser als auf den Fotos aus. Wir fanden die Villa im vollkommen, gepflegten Zustand auf. Der freundliche Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und wir hatten einen TOP-SERVICE. Zu mal wir vom Flughafen abgeholt wurden, stand auch ein Miet - Auto bereits vor der Haustüre. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank, (mit Getränken, Nahrungsmittel und einer vollen Obstschale) halbvoll gefüllt. Der Pool war wirklich sehr schön und wurde regelmäßig von einer Pool - Firma betreut. Wir verbrachten etliche Stunden im Pool. Auch nachts. Erwähnenswert war auch der Hauskeeper, der uns freundlich empfing und uns die Hausschlüssel überreichte. Nachdem wir abends nicht wussten wo der Schalter der Innenbeleuchtung des Pools war, riefen wir den Housekeeper und in nur wenigen Minuten kam er und zeigte es uns. Bestimmt werde ich diese entzückende Villa wieder besuchen. Ich habe bereits und werde weiterhin die Villa mit bestem Gewissen meine Familie und Freunde empfehlen. Danke, Lg Darko

Totale Enttäuschung

Leider liegt das Ferienhaus an einer sehr stark befahrenen Fernstraße. Der Lärm war wirklich schrecklich. Ein Sitzen auf der Terrasse war leider nicht möglich. Das Haus entspricht werder den bildlichen Darstellungen, noch den Beschreibungen. Bei unserer Ankunft klebte die ganze Küche. Wir mussten erstmal putzen. Die Bäder sind keinesfalls einladend. Es stinkt aus den Abflüssen. Die Waschmaschine konnte nicht wirklich benutzt werden, da völlig verdreckt und verrostet. Wasser gibt es nur aus einem Tank (kein Trinkwasser), der war am zweiten Tag gleich leer. Das Auftanken klappte jedoch recht schnell. Die Betten sind total unbequem, da die Matratzen auf einer Holzplatte liegen. Das ganze Haus ist undicht. Der Wind pfeift durch sämtliche Türen und Fenster. In unmittelbarer Umgebung des Hauses liegt viel Müll. Es gibt keinen Weg zum Strand. Man muss einige hundert Meter die Fernstraße entlang laufen und gelangt dann durch eine unfertige Ferienanlage (ungesicherte Baustellen) zum Strand. Die Insel ist wirklich sehr schön. Leider wird überall Müll abgeladen und die vielen wunderschönen Strände sind mit Kunststoffmüll und teilweise Altöl verschmutzt. Da wir ein Auto hatten, waren wir immer nur unterwegs und haben viel von der Insel gesehen. Wir haben die größten Städte der Insel besucht, Ausgrabungsstätten, Burgen etc. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) waren absolut in Ordnung. Da sich der Vermieter im Vorfeld sehr bemüht hat, hatten wir ein gutes Gefühl und freuten uns sehr auf den Urlaub. Aber die "Villa" ist von extravagant weit entfernt. Wir könnten dieses Feriendomizil nicht guten Gewissens Freunden empfehlen. Aber für den Preis darf man vielleicht auch nicht mehr erwarten. Schade.
