Base location to Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, and Tetons. Swan Valley, Idaho. Custom Ranch Home on 3.5 acres with 300 feet waterfront on the upper South Fork of the Snake River, famous blue ribbon fly fishing. River deck with hot tub. Huge grass yard for many games (in garage). Covered patio with BBQ and outdoor dining and seating area. Private master suite and two additional guest rooms with their own living area and kitchenette. High-end finishes with Jackson Hole decor. Fully stocked chef's kitchen. Toiletries in all bathrooms, washer/dryer.

Local restaurants, grocery store, ice cream/pizza. Surrounding area has kayak/SUP rentals, ATV rentals, hot springs, horseback riding, mountain biking, microbrewery. This is our favorite place to be. We hope you love it there as we do. Doug and Karin

Beautiful setting on the river. We spent most of our time outside. Very relaxing and the star gazing in the hot tub is a must. We saw bald eagles daily. The house was very comfortable and well stocked!

Homey river oasis!

Incredible location, home, and communication with the hosts. The home is ideal for fly fishing right out the door and as a base for exploring the area. So many wonders nearby — including the Palisades Reservoir, a couple hour drive to Grand Teton NP, and our favorite recommended ice cream shop just 10 minutes away. The perfect place for our family of 6 to gather from Boise, Bozeman, and Wisconsin.

Outstanding location and setting for a family to gather and for sons to fly fish.

Home exceeded expectations. Was an ideal location for excellent fly fishing, and Yellowstone, Tetons and Jackson Hole was easily assessable for an overnight stay. Hiking and camping on the Palisades Lake was memorable. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Home- Unbeatable Yard and River Frontage!

We loved the layout of the home, although we spent most of our time outside enjoying the yard. We got a bunch of fish on the very first day and enjoyed the disc golf and hot tub! Thank you for an awesome stay!

Beautiful

Spent the week here with my family. It was a beautiful location and comfortable accommodations. Unfortunately it rained 3 of the days we were here so we didn’t get in as much fishing as we would like but we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Even better than expected! Convenient to lots of things but the yard was so large and lovely the grandkids were more than satisfied to just play outside. We highly recommend the property and owners, who provided great information on surrounding activities.

Fishing getaway

We all live in Nevada and have fished the Flaming Gorge in Utah this time of year for many years. We decided to go somewhere different this year and are very glad we did. Beautiful area and the home was even better than we thought it would be

Lovely Riverside Getaway

Great setup for a family stay with the additional kitchenette. The outdoors are quite peaceful and watching the rapid moving river from the hot tub was delightful. Great instructions from the owners to grab groceries before arriving. Self-checkin was a breeze. We hope to return with family and friends!

Absolutely spectacular!

Our family stayed for a week at this property and it was magical. A combination of breathtaking, respite and adventurous. We were able to fish and kayak from the property, while also enjoying amenities a short drive away. The house is probably the most well appointed and well equipped VRBO we have ever rented. We highly recommend!

Awesome Cabin

This property was fantastic and provided an incredible vacation opportunity for our group. This part of Idaho is absolutely beautiful and we hit the fall color change perfectly. Doug was incredibly responsive leading up to our trip as well as during our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed being right on the Snake River and was able to land a few Cutthroat trout right from the river bank. Highly recommend this property.

Birthday celebration

We came to the Jackson Hole area to celebrate our oldest son’s 30th birthday and cannot say enough great things about the property and the area overall. The location was perfect to combine fishing on the Snake River, horseback riding in Victor ID and hiking in Grand Teton National Park. After very busy days, we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and the deck overlooking the Snake River. The property exceeded expectations.

The Perfect Spot

We couldn't be happier with our stay here, what an amazing spot. Having a hot tub right next to the Snake Rive was so awesome. Sunsets are beautiful and the stars at night are brighter than you can imagine. We booked this home as an alternative to staying in Jackson Hole...the 50 minute ride is stunning and you really get to experience the area. It's officially on our re-booking list.

Just what we had hoped for. Beautiful backyard running right up to the Snake River. House was so well stocked and perfect size for my wife and me and two adult daughters. We kayaked down the river 3 times and loved it each time. (That does require 2 cars to leave a car at the exit point-kayaks not included :-) ). Weather was amazing 90 each day. Although the house is not air conditioned it stays cool all day and nights were cool so just opened the windows. General Store nearby has nearly everything grocery item you would need…and includes a hardware section. Host Doug was VERY responsive. The river is mesmerizing and the back patio is the perfect place to enjoy it. Our 10 days was absolutely terrific.

Fly Fishing Paradise

Took our 2 grown sons for their first fly fishing experience. We used World Cast Anglers and they fished the Snake River. We actually stopped at our VRBO house and used the deck for lunch 2 days. It was wonderful. Thank you for your beautiful home.

Beautiful!

We loved the home…perfect for our family of five. The home was very well equipped. The property is beautiful and the sound of the river very peaceful. We even had some baby birds nesting on the porch. Idaho was much more inviting and beautiful than we knew and the drive to Jackson was not too long. We were thankful for the escape from the very busy Jackson area.

Not sure where to start but this place is AMAZING!!! The pictures don’t do it justice, a piece of paradise and peace all wrapped in one. The owners were great to communicate and respond to questions. We had a nice welcome from the owners for our honeymoon which was such a sweet gesture. If we come back to the area we will be staying here again. It was the best and most relaxing trip I’ve been on. We saw bald eagles right out the back door and people fishing on the snake river.

Perfect Location

We made the intentional decision to find a home close enough to the attractions of Jackson, WY and the Grand Teton area while being able to unwind away from the bustle of the summer draw. This property located in Irwin, ID was an amazing find. The boys loved fishing off the river bank in the morning and stargazing from the backyard at night. House is very comfortable and property is sprawling. Wild turkey greeting from the north lawn in the morning and deer in the back lawn. Perfect!
