Brand new private heated* pool with great backyard for entertaining.

Luxury home in the best location in Dallas. Open floor plan downstairs with large kitchen island flowing to the living room that features high end furnishing, fireplace and TV. Two large sliding glass doors connect the living room to the covered back patio with dining table, seating area with fireplace and TV.

The decor and furnishings of this home are crafted by one of Dallas's best interior designers and emphasize quality and detail. From handcrafted tile to locally sourced antiques, this property truly gives the essence of extravagance without compromising comfort.
Upstairs is the large master suite with king size canopy bed, walk-in closet and incredible bathroom. There are three additional upstairs bedrooms, two with one queen size bed each and the third with two queen size beds.

*Pool heating is provided at no additional charge.
The pool has a heat pump which is capable of heating the pool when the air temperature is around 65+ degrees. We do our best to keep the pool temperature around 88 degrees from Late March to early November. However we cannot guarantee the pool will be heated to a certain temperature.

HOUSE LAYOUT:
1st Floor: Main entrance, 2 car garage, dining room, kitchen, living room and 1/2 bathroom.
2nd Floor: 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

PARKING:
• 2 car garage for two standard size vehicles
• Driveway in front of house that can fit an additional 2-4 vehicles

ACCESS:
• Automated keyless entry to all doors (no keys!)
• Alarm system and outdoor security cameras for your safety. Security cameras located at front door, back patio and garage.

Thanksgiving getaway

Home is located in close proximity to airports so this is a +. There are many stores/restaurants that are also close so another +. The neighborhood is in the process of new construction in several points. There is a neighbor who drives a very loud, hot rod type vehicle that you will hear throughout the day. We traveled from Indiana, Texas & Florida to spend the holiday together & knowing/expecting we were walking into a 5 star home, we were slightly disappointed to not see a welcome basket or directory which we are used to when traveling to other 5 star homes.Home was not as clean as we were expecting. Home does need some minor attention like no door jams behind any doors & previous tenants must have slammed doors into the wall & walls are not fixed. Wall in master bedroom is badly scuffed up or dirty and wardrobe in double bed room is badly damaged & broken. We mention this because this is the room the kids would be sleeping in &thought it could also be a hazard for them.12 people stayed in this home & there wasn't enough towels for us (maybe they thought we would wash them while we were there?) There also wasn't enough drinking glasses, toilet paper or linen for 12. 2 of our guests had no place to sleep. One went out & bought an air mattress & the other had to sleep on the couch (not a sleeping sofa). TV outside & in room didn't work & i notified host, no response. Shower has no, slip matt. One side of house hot & other side freezing cold. House has great potential.

Great house and location

House was in a great location. Lots of restaurants, groceries, coffee etc all very close by. We enjoyed the house, it was clean and well kept, great little pool and Kale was an excellent host. Very responsive if we had questions. We would certainly come back!

Beautiful home

We had a great time staying at this property. Very clean, comfortable beds, heated pool, and everything we needed. Highly recommend if traveling to dallas. Location convenient to everything.

Home away from home!

As kids get older it’s harder and harder to stay with family for the holidays, so my brother and I opted to have our families stay in this gorgeous home with a great location to see and visit all of our friends and family. The heated pool was a huge hit with the kids!

Long weekend trip to Dallas

This home was great for our family. The bedrooms were large and away from the evening noise and TV's while the little ones slept. Walking distance to grocery and coffee shops. The pool area was perfect size to lounge in.
