Blue Smoke Vistas - 2BR Condo for 4 facing park w/ pools

Newly, beautifully designed! Be fascinated by the direct views of The Park and Mt Leconte. This condo has 2 bedrooms for 4 people to sleep (1 queen, 2 single beds). The living room and bedrooms each have a TV! You can cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen.

You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs!

This is a two bedroom condo designed for 4 people to kick back and enjoy the Smokies.
It is located on the 2nd of 3 floors.
NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed.

You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a coffee maker! The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

We host several units at this complex available for families and groups. Please take a look at all our listings here and in the area. Discounts available for multiple bookings, just send us a note.

*** Indoor Pool Availability: open year round between the hours 900AM to 945PM daily.
*** Outdoor Pool Availability: open in the Spring (generally around March/April, depending on weather) thru at least Labor Day (depending on weather). Please inquire if you questions about avaiability. The pool is heated though it may not be warm enough during colder weather. Guests swim at their own risk.
*** Free 7 day gym pass at 321 Fit Club in Gatlinburg! Please message us if you want complimentary use of a 24/7 gym during your stay!

Pros: There was enough space for a family of 4, there was a good view from the balcony, we saw bears around the condo several times, only 15 minutes from Gatlinburg Cons: The walls between condos are thin and you will hear your neighbors if they are not super quiet, overall the condo could use a deep clean - it looked like standard cleaning had been done but the building is older and the walls, fixtures, vents etc were past due, the oven is super old and will burn your food if you don’t use a lower temp or less time than instructed.

Fall Getaway

VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS!!! What a great and enjoyable vacation we had for the week. We left like the place was cozy and clean. We honestly had no issues with the Condo. Now, keep in mind if you are used to a bigger bathroom or shower, these are just a little bit smaller, but again worked perfectly for the week. Also, the only time we spent in the Condo was later in the evening. We loved that this Condo had a fireplace and had a fire going almost every night. The balcony was amazing, and the sunrise was beautiful to see some mornings. Now, with all that said. We do understand each person's experience may be different and how much time they spend in the condo. We also could see how you could get lost in trying to find Condo if you're not familiar with the area. Overall, we felt the owners were very communicative and provided proper information, and easy to check in and depart. We would stay here again!

Dated condo with a priceless view.

First off we really enjoyed our stay in the area for the week we were here, and I don't want to sound 100% negative about this property. However, you do kind of get what you pay for, and I doubt we would choose this condo again considering there are less expensive or comparable places with a washer and dryer in them. The view is priceless so bring some binoculars. We're not mad or disappointed with our stay. It was our choice to save money and stay here. We got a good deal on the condo so we weren't expecting a 5 star resort, but the place just felt dirty to us. The place appeared to be clean, but if the owners are outsourcing house keeping they are getting ripped off. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The bottoms of our feet were covered in dirt and dust immediately after arriving. Then we found some food crumbs and candy pieces on the floor over by the kitchen table. The kitchen counters weren't very clean either and neither were the bathroom showers and tub. One of the shower heads barely works as well. We would put on our flip flops immediately after getting out of the shower. We brought our on towels and only used theirs the morning we left. I just got the feeling that the owners of this place didn't set foot in it very often. My advice is bring any little thing you may think you may or may not need if you're staying longer than 2-3 days. Trash bags, pot holders, salt and pepper, coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies.

This property is amazing. Talk about a view! The rates were awesome. I definitely recommend this property it is amazing you and your family will love it. Just like we did. We appreciate the hospitality.

Best view in the Smokies!

This condo was so lovely. My husband and I came up for a long weekend and to relax. Mission success! We spent the majority of our time in the condo and we had everything we needed and more. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. The decor was really fun and everything was super clean. The owner went above and beyond by sending a message each day to make sure we had everything we needed plus the check in/check out was quick and simple. But the absolute best part was THE VIEW! You will not find a better one, period. Will be back for sure.

My family really enjoyed our stay for spring break. The kids loved sitting on the window bench in the living room. Cute modern furnishings and decor. Plenty of space for our family if 4. The roads to the condo are as described in the listing but definitely worth the drive up to the top of the mountain for the spectacular views. Would most definitely stay here again!!

Pretty nice place to stay with a great view of the mountains. Only two miles from town, have a couple windy roads to get up the mountain to the condo. Building could use a little TLC but pretty good for a weekend trip.

Exactly as posted.

This condo was amazing. Looked just like the pictures and had all the cooking utensils we needed. My only issue was driving up the steeeeeep mountain, especially at night, but that was more of a personal issues. We didn’t need to contact guest because everything was provided and the pre check in emails were very detailed.

Perfect Stay!

I rented this condo for me, my husband and daughter and it was perfect! The place was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, the view was SPECTACULAR, and the owner was extremely helpful and informative. We knew exactly what to expect when we arrived due to the detailed guide they provided. There is also a nice little indoor pool and hot tub that was an easy walk from the condo. A little added bonus, the Chalet Village Market will deliver food to the condo from 5 pm-9 pm! If you don’t want a big dinner in town, we ordered from them and it was great! When we return to Gatlinburg in the future we will definitely stay here again or in one of the other rentals this owner has to offer.

Small condo with BIG views

The views from this condo are nothing short of amazing. Our long weekend here was comfortable. This was perfectly located between Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge which was great. The communication prior to our arrival and during our stay was wonderful. We knew exactly what to expect and where to get anything we needed.

Cozy home away from home with stunning views.

My family had a wonderful stay. It was easy to find. The kitchen had an excellent array of tools. I can't sayenough about how well decorated the condo was. Very modern with lots of warmth. The views were breathtaking at all hours of the day. The location provided easy access to everything from the national park, downtown Gatlinburg, to the Pigeon Forge/ Sevierville areas. The only thing I would have wanted more of would have been a few more safety precautions for young children. My three year old figured out how to open the sliding door to the balcony very quickly, and where the hot water heater was. Nothing happened and it was very easy to manage. Not things that would deter us from staying in the future just a couple details. Thank you for a wonderful stay and wonderful communications. We hope to stay again in the future.

The condo was spacious and relaxing. Our family of 4 fit comfortably. The views off the balcony are gorgeous, you can see for miles. Everything we needed to prepare food was available. The boys loved the pools and met new friends there. All we wanted was to see bear. We saw bear at the condo on 3 separate occasions! Plus, a coyote and turkey. The condo is nestled up in the mountain but was able to get to attractions easily. We went on the Roaring Fork Motor Trail, which has some beautiful hikes.

First time in Gatlinburg!

Fantastic view! Lots of twists and turns on the way up the mountain, but GPS worked fine. Responsive communication with the hosts. Everything we needed was supplied, from shampoo to paper products and kitchen detergents. WIFI worked great. The master bedroom was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We had coffee while watching stunning sunrises from the balcony. Aside from a few things that needed repaired, we loved the furnishings and were very comfortable in our Smoky Mountain home away from home!
