Guest Access:
The property is equipped with an electronic key pad door lock. Your code will be sent to you via email the morning of your check-in date. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you at confirmation of your reservation.

The Neighborhood:
Surrounded by beautiful Texas Hill Country hills (including legendary Packsaddle Mountain) and embraced by the Llano River and Colorado River arms of constant-level Lake LBJ, Kingsland boasts miles of Texas’ most sought-after lakefront property.

There are three popular state parks within easy driving distance:
Inks Lake State Park; Longhorn Cavern State Park; and Enchanted Rock State Natural Area

The famous “Slab” on the Llano River is one of the area’s favorite swimming holes, and Kingsland Community Park provides public access to the lake.

Getting Around:
A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Kingsland.

Indulge in a peaceful and relaxing stay with us, and please abide by our policies to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay to the fullest.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and are strictly enforced by the community. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, and please be aware that outdoor music is not allowed past 10pm.

We kindly request that there is no smoking in the property, to ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests.

Pets are allowed with written permission only. Please note that any pets or animals brought onto the property without prior approval will be subject to a penalty fee of $500. A maximum of two pets are allowed, and cats are not permitted. A pet fee of $150 per pet will apply.

To book a stay with us, guests must be at least 25 years of age.

Our swimming pool is a wonderful feature of the property, and can be heated at an additional cost. To arrange pool heating, please contact us and we will be happy to set it up for you. Please do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. For safety reasons, we kindly request that glass tableware and bottles are not used near the pool, as broken glass in the pool will result in additional fines. Please help us maintain the cleanliness of the water by rinsing off any sunscreen before entering the pool.

Your safety is our top priority. For added security, exterior security cameras have been installed throughout the property. Please be assured that none of the cameras face into the house or look into interior space, and are only in place to ensure your safety and the security of the property.

Great place to stay with kids
This house was great. The water options were a blast. This house had plenty to do both inside and outside. We definitely will be looking to go back.

We enjoyed our trip. House and setting was very nice. Wake Boarding and Wake Surf was a little better up the North East arm. Amenities were great.
