We will be delighted to welcome you to La Bohemia, a modern villa located right next to the village of Le Pradet, ideal for relaxing, recharging and enjoying our beautiful region.

Originally from Toulon, we have just moved into this house in Le Pradet, which we wanted to be mainly second hand furnished and with natural materials (except for the bedding!).
Everything in this place is designed for quality time with friends and family.
The outdoor area is centered on a very large terrace lounge with dining area, aperitif area and gas barbecue. From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of a large pine forest and a landscaped garden with fruit trees, on a total private park of almost 9,000 sqm.
Below, the pool area lined with rosemary, olive and cypress trees has several sunbeds as well as a small aperitif or breakfast area.
You will immediately feel at ease thanks to the high quality of the facilities: a saltwater pool, a sauna and new Sofitel 5-star bedding will help you relax. Although the house is well insulated, the air-conditioning can be useful in case of hot weather. And if necessary, the high-speed WiFi will allow you to connect easily to your online meetings, which we hope will not be too many.
The house is south facing with ideal sunshine from breakfast by the pool to aperitif on the higher end of the terrace.

On the ground floor: 2 nice bedrooms with bathroom, a children's dormitory and WC. A large living/dining room with fireplace and piano. A large, well-equipped kitchen with a wine cellar.
Upstairs: the master suite with terrace. Large bathroom with showers, bath and sauna. A WC.
Outside: A large trampoline is available for children. Figs, citrus, grapes and Provençal herbs (thyme, laurel, sage, rosemary) are at your disposal if the season is right and the desire to cook Provençal food takes you. The space at the back of the house can accommodate the parking of 4 vehicles and is located within the fenced area of the property.

In the immediate vicinity: wine route, sailing club, horse riding, scuba diving, tennis, beaches. You will also enjoy the center of the village of Le Pradet, typically Provençal, offering around its small church market, restaurants, bars and local products.

Access : 15min from Toulon / Hyères airport and 25min from Toulon train station.

Safety: safety railings on the terrace, pool alarm (not fenced), smoke detectors. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit are available under the stairs. As everywhere in the Var, we ask you to be vigilant to the risks of fire. In particular we ask you not to smoke, make fires or barbecues in the pine forest within the property. Do not throw your cigarette butts out of the car window.

Other: The house is equipped with a septic tank. Please do not throw anything other than toilet paper into the toilet.
