A rental agreement will need signed upon booking and a Refundable Damage Deposit of $750 will be charged to your credit card 3 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or policy violations.

Hilltop Retreat sits 1200 feet off the road in secluded setting atop a hill with over 20 acres to hike on. There's 6,200 square feet of luxury accommodations along with a spacious deck overlooking the tree lined hillside. You'll wish your stay was longer to enjoy all this lodge has to offer.

Relax, play, or exercise in the indoor saltwater pool in the attached pool house. Open up the sliding glass doors in the warm months to get the feeling of being outdoors-no sunscreen required! Or sunbathe on the attached deck overlooking the pond. When the sun sets, cozy up to the fire ring or play pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, air hockey or play on the 60 game arcade machine in the large game room. There is a pond but it has not filled completely yet.

Exterior security cameras are in use at this property at parking area.

The driveway is pretty steep on this property. A four wheel drive or front wheel drive vehicle is needed during the snowy months.
