The cottage offers on the ground floor: a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge. On this level, you will also find two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a third bedroom with two single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed), a shower room with a washing machine and dryer, and a separate toilet. Upstairs (via a fairly steep staircase): a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (a cot is available). Outside: you will enjoy a covered paved terrace and two parking spaces. Private terrace and barbecue. Shared with the other cottage: the enclosed garden and the 30 m² (3.75 x 8 m) swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September, from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 8 pm). The cottage is attached to cottage 56G15317 (located on the first floor) and is situated opposite a former family farm. A little further afield, explore the charming streets of Rochefort-en-Terre (voted France's Favorite Village in 2016) or set sail from the marina of La Roche-Bernard (a designated "Petite Cité de Caractère") for a cruise on the Vilaine River.
