The cottage offers on the ground floor: a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge. On this level, you will also find two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a third bedroom with two single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed), a shower room with a washing machine and dryer, and a separate toilet. Upstairs (via a fairly steep staircase): a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (a cot is available). Outside: you will enjoy a covered paved terrace and two parking spaces. Private terrace and barbecue. Shared with the other cottage: the enclosed garden and the 30 m² (3.75 x 8 m) swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September, from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 8 pm). The cottage is attached to cottage 56G15317 (located on the first floor) and is situated opposite a former family farm. Shared with the other cottage are the enclosed garden and the 30m² swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 8Just minutes from the sea, this enclosed farmhouse is located between the historic center of Vannes and the seaside resort of La Baule/Pornichet. An 8-minute drive from the cottage, the Branféré Animal and Botanical Park promises wonderful family moments! A little further afield, explore the charming streets of Rochefort-en-Terre (voted France's Favorite Village in 2016) or set sail from the marina of La Roche-Bernard (a designated "Petite Cité de Caractère") for a cruise on the Vilaine River. For those with a thirst for discovery, and less than an hour's drive away, magnificent landscapes, spectacular historical sites, and fabulous recreational and sporting activities await. Between the Natural Park of the Gulf of Morbihan and that of Brière, the cottage "Ty Feurn" with heated swimming pool is waiting for you for your next vacation!

Toujours inquiet de réserver en dehors des standards hoteliers, les informations fournies, l'accueil et le gîte ont été une totale réussite. Nous retournons rarement 2 fois au même endroit, mais là, nous y reviendrons...
