MOULIN DE PATTUS, between Provence and the Camargue

Our 120 m² apartment can accommodate up to 8 adults.

It is located on the first floor of our estate and has private access.
The apartment is a separate unit within our family property.

It features a large living area with all the comforts you’ll need during your stay: a sofa, TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime), and internet.

The kitchen is very well-equipped, so you can prepare all kinds of delicious meals. Coffee machine (Tassimo), stovetop, oven, microwave, pots and pans, dishes... Everything is taken care of for you!

As for sleeping arrangements, the apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (plus 1 bonus child’s bed!).
In the living room, you can use a 2-person sofa bed.

A large bathroom is available with a walk-in shower and a bathtub.

For young children, I’d be happy to provide everything you need so you can travel light: a crib, high chair, baby bathtub, changing table, and dishes.

The special feature of this rental? Your large private ground-level terrace!
A WEBER wood-fired grill is available for all your meals.

To relax and entertain the whole family, you can enjoy a variety of amenities on the property:

- Our infinity pool is open from May through September. It is completely safe.
- For the younger guests, the following are available: a playground, a soccer field, a ping-pong table, and canoes (upon request)
- A private beach (on the banks of the Vidourle River) is located right next to the property
- Take a stroll to explore the two-hectare grounds of the mill.

The location is ideal: 5 minutes from Sommières and 30 minutes from Nîmes, Montpellier, and the beaches.
