Pet Friendly Lodging Close to Whiteman AFB and Warrensburg

My husband and I bought this building in December 2017 to turn into a pet friendly TLF. We PCS'd into Whiteman in 2011 (for the 2nd time), and we knew there was a demand! We have a rescue dog (plus one) and two rescue cats, and we know how hard it can be to keep our animals with us during a PCS. We put a lot of love into the transformation from an office building to a place we hope feels like home! The main bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic king size bed. The second bedroom offers two twin sized beds. Making you feel right at home was my priority when setting up this house.

Wonderful discovery

This place was exactly as it was described. The king bed was a little hard, but it was memory foam so if you waited, it conformed to you. It was a perfect place for what we needed. They have everything you need. Including an instapot. I will atay there again if it is available the next time we come here.

Everything you need.

Our family came into town for three days for a high school graduation nearby and this home was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We had two adults and two teens. Internet worked well, kitchen was supplied well and we even did a load of laundry. Liked that there was two parking spaces for when our daughter came by with her car. The home is located near a street where you can hear traffic as it goes by. White noise machines were provided if needed, which we didn’t use. The hosts were very communicative and easily available. Our family would stay here again. Thank you.

Perfect Location

Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. House has everything you could need(except cork screw). My son lived just around the corner so that problem was easily solved. Just can't over state how clean and well equipped the house was.

This was perfect for our family of 4 and dog. It was really close to Whiteman AF base. The property also had everything we could think of from cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, laundry baskets, dishes, a dog cage (which was perfect because we forgot ours), and the owners were extremely helpful and had great communication. We would without question stay here again!

My husband retired from the Air Force in August 2016 after 23 years in service. We have one son, two dogs, two cats, and way too many fish. My husband is currently a Realtor, and I am working on getting my license. We lived in the Warresnburg area from 1992 to 1999, and we came back for round two in 2011. I was a student at what is now called UCM when we met in 1995. Originally from the east coast (him) and Nebraska (me), we have been here long enough to know the area well. Our home is conveniently located between Warrensburg and Knob Noster, outside of city limits. The state park is within walking distance. The Spirit Walking Trail is literally right out our front door.
