Ski Discount! 2 bed Casita with A/C Fast WiFi, Private Garden and Parking/2Cars.

Welcome to our brand new modern casita! The entire unit was remodeled inside and out to create an open and unique space for friends and family to enjoy Santa Fe.
East access to SKI resort.
2 bedrooms, both en suite. One shower/bath, one with spa bath!
Open plan living area, fireplace and full kitchen peppered with art from around the world and loads of great books to read. Not suitable for mobility challenged though.

Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Santa Fe and situated in the artsy Baca railyard area. Off road Parking for 2 cars.

You can walk to the Alto park for the river walk, which is great to run along.
Working from home? We have a work station for you.

The space:
Pet friendly! But please let us know what type/size of pet you are bringing, and add on the pet fee of $50 per stay for one pet.
Also a short hop from the famous 135-acre, Frank Ortiz Dog Park.

TV: We supply a 50 inch Smart TV with a Free TV channel. No cable TV. Guests use their own Netflix account etc.

Guest access:
You will have the whole house to yourself. You are also able to check yourself in using our lockbox. Total security and privacy!

Other things to note:

Owned and ran by a family that lives locally, not a corporation.

Home is located on the on the historic El Camino Real, a trade route from Mexico to the San Juan Pueblo. Even though it only has 2-way traffic it can be bustling and noisy. Once you enter into the inner enclave of the walled yard and home you will be much less aware of any outside noise. 18 inch adobe walls!

Watch for STEP! Just inside the garden gate is a step up and then an uneven path.

3 bathrooms! 2 ensuite, 1 with bath and shower and master has spa bath and hand held shower.

For mobility challenged note that there is a step into the garden from the carpark, and also a small step at the front door. No bathroom grab bars.

For long term renters the unit will be cleaned every 2 weeks by our cleaners and paid directly by the guests. Its $120 for 3 hours.

Did not use the fireplace. Lovely home.Beds were just ok. Spa tub was great. Parking was tight. The entry way is dangerous, so watch your step! Great communication with John.

House was spotless and clean.Beds were Very comfortable. We went for the balloon festival, it was about a 45-50min drive. Host checked on us to make sure everything was okay. :)

the house was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The property is on a triangle with a busy road on either side, so it is quite noisy. It's not so bad with the windows closed but if you want to open the windows for fresh air it is nonstop traffic noise. The windows do not have screens, too and there are mosquitos in Santa Fe. The little yard area is impossible to sit in unless you don't mind traffic noise, it is literally like sitting next to the road with a little fence in between and the parking is really street parking. The small bedroom off the kitchen hears everything going on in the kitchen and the space between the wall is super tiny. Our friend who is 5' and weighs 100 pounds, woke up in the middle of the night stood up and crashed into the wall because it was so close. If someone were a large person it would be a tricky access. The parking is really street parking and if the neighbor has a big car and you do too, it will be tight. sorry i don't have a picture. but the parking is weird.

We loved our stay in this clean, recently remodeled casita in Santa Fe. The property has a private entrance and outdoor area and is centrally located and close to parks and public areas. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Santa Fe!

The house is great and directions for how the house functions was good as well. Only issue was the entry gate and walking path. Uneven path and tripping hazard. I fell entering because loose gtavel and step up with out knowing.

Cozy and close to Everything!

Property manager was great. Once inside, the property was cozy and comfortable. We were close to everything, furthest point we went was 20 minutes away. Everything else was between 2 to 4 miles.

A Wonderful Stay

Everything about this stay was lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. I love that there’s coffee there for us. The beds are comfortable . The TV is a smart TV. There’s lots of space. Parking was easy, just outside of the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Great casita for 2 couples

Friends from high school met in Santa Fe for 5 days to enjoy the Plaza and the food. Casita had plenty of room for 4 in the common area of kitchen and living area. Because it was cold, we stayed inside by the fire--but that also meant we didn't get to enjoy the table with 4 chairs outside, and the only other eating area was the kitchen bar. Very nice that we had 2 bedrooms with 2 baths with tubs/shower (jet tub shower was a wand) and a third toilet room. The warm floors made it comfortable to walk around on tiles. Well equiped, well maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Dog friendly but the yard is stone and no area for dogs nearby. The adobe walls made it comfortable in the cold weather and easy to ignore the street noise. High traffic on street made it difficult to walk. Has offstreet parking. Residential area is a distance from shopping that's easy to get to by car. Plaza is 1.8 miles away.
