Sitting area with large picture windows, however this unit will not offer a harbor view. Dining table with room for four. Cable Tv. Stocked kitchenette with dishwasher and stovetop. Just steps from the hustle and bustle of Thames and downtown Newport and a roof top deck for your solitude and comfort. Join other guests there for the evening sunset and cocktail hour.

Nice Stay w/ convenient location

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a property at the heart of Newport. Everything is within walking distance. The VRBO host is very responsive and organized.

Great location!

The location is so convenient, right in the middle of Thames street so you can pretty much walk everywhere. Bill also is a great host. The place was clean and the staff was great. Highly recommend!

Great Property!!

This condo was wonderful! It was clean, well stocked, nicely furnished and the view was Spectacular!!! The location on Thames street was perfect. We could walk to tons of shopping and restaurants, and all the docks where the boat cruises go out from. We loved everything about it and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful girls weekend

Came to see my daughter, stayed in our room with her, myself, my mother and sister. There is a nice king size bed and a comfortable sleeper sofa. We had a really great view of the wharf. We were very comfortable! Will definitely come back! Great location!

Breathtaking harbor view in a centrally located 1 br

You cannot beat the view and the location : situated in the heart of vibrant downtown Newport, by Thames street, this 1 br-hotel is a dreamy getaway for couples. It's not cheap, but with this view, in August, you know what you pay for. Clean, functional, good bedding, comfortable, and magnificent sunset. On the Minus side : apartments and common areas could be quickly refreshed ; we had to switch room after the 1st night because there was an error on the room assignments (but to be fair it seemed to be exceptional, the property manager offered us a bottle of wine and the owner apologized many times and offered us a dining voucher) ; it's noisy in the morning, because doors are heavy and slam, and the cleaning crew is loud sometimes right in front of the rooms

Weekend stay for Folk Festival

Comfortable short stay at this conveniently located property. We usually rent a small house but due to pandemic rescheduling we found ourselves without accommodation. We made this reservation several months in advance but we were not confirmed as to which property until several weeks before. It was a little nerve wracking as I have not had the experience renting a timeshare from someone on VRBO. Property was comfortable and clean and as mentioned centrally located. We had a short walk to the pier for our daily water taxi to the folk festival. Although it’s in a busy area, noise is minimal because it is set back off if Thames St. The only negative is that the ac unit is located in the lounge area in the back of the unit. If you wanted to close the bedroom door; you wouldn’t be getting any air. That’s ok for a couple or a family with small kids but it really limits privacy. All in all, great stay for us!

Our experience was spectacular! Julian , who is the guest services manager, was above and beyond of what we could ever imagined. He was right on point regarding our needs or questions as guests, Julian was welcoming and accommodating since the moment we arrived. We decided to extend our stay an extra day because of the delightful experience we had. Julian made sure we were able to extend it and provide us with the BEST suite in the resort. Kindness and good heartedness are words to describe his guest services skills.
