Just 300 meters from Vallée Village and the Val d’Europe Shopping Center, and 15 minutes from Disneyland Paris!<br><br><br>THE APARTMENT<br>NOVA5 is located on the first floor of a new, secure residence. It can accommodate your family or group of up to 8 guests.<br>It includes:<br>- A living room (double sleeper sofa) + TV + Netflix app<br>- A fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven/microwave combo, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishes and silverware, kitchen utensils....)<br>- Bedroom 1 - master suite with a queen-size bed + shower room (shower, sink) - sleeps 2<br>- Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed - sleeps 2<br>- Bedroom 3 with two single beds - 2 people<br>- Bathroom (tub, sink, toilet, washer/dryer)<br>- Another separate toilet<br><br>+ a furnished balcony to relax on after a long day at Disneyland Park!<br><br><br>THE NEIGHBORHOOD<br>Everything is right nearby!<br><br>Val d’Europe Shopping Center: 300 meters<br>Vallee Village Shopping Outlet: 300 meters<br>Sea Life Aquarium: 300 meters<br>DISNEYLAND PARIS: 10 min by bus (the stop is 300 m from the building) / 15–20 min on foot<br>Disneyland Golf Course: 3 km<br>Village Natures: 4 km<br>Davy Crockett Ranch: 4 km<br><br><br>HOW TO GET THERE?<br>No car needed—everything is nearby!<br>- A4 Highway, exit “12.1 D 345: Marne-la-Vallée Val d’Europe, Montévrain, Regional Shopping Center”<br>- TGV: Marne-la-Vallée Chessy Disneyland (10 min by bus / 20 min on foot)<br>- RER A: Val d’Europe station (20 min on foot)<br><br><br>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION<br><br>We are available to answer your questions before, during, and after your stay.<br><br>Check-in: Keys can be picked up at our office between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.<br>Outside these hours, as well as on Sundays and holidays, keys can be picked up from a secure locker at our office.<br>Check-out: 10:00 a.m.<br><br>We also offer a transportation service—please feel free to contact us!
