Cozy Lakefront Chalet - On A Large Lake - Private Dock w/Boats

This is our family's chalet that we would like to share with others seeking the Innsbrook Resort experience. We grew up at my grandfather's house on Lake St Gallen. Having a young family, we decided to buy the chalet and share it with other families which is what makes this possible for us!

The chalet was renovated in 2020 and sits on Lake St Gallen. It has a new kitchen and is well stocked with cookware and utensils. There is also a new commercial ice machine installed in the kitchen so you don't have to worry about running out filling up your cooler. We also have Spectrum with FanDuel for Blues/Cardinals games!

It is a flat lot with a short walk to the lake where you will find a private dock, gravel beach with a fire-pit, and a couple canoes (w/life jackets) included with the rental. The lake is one of our favorites in all of Innsbrook, boasting ~50 acres, a fantastic tree line, and tons of fish. Just a few hundred feet South on the lake is a beach that is great to relax on and let your kids play in the water. This is a dog friendly home allowing dogs (we have a large Bulldog so no size limit!).

Our chalet has three bedrooms and two baths. The master has a king sized bed on the main level with a full sized bed in the loft and a queen bed with two twin beds in the upstairs bedroom.

This Chalet has the old Innsbrook "Treehouse" feel with modern updates throughout. We also have Wifi included that can handle video and working remotely.

We had a great stay! Check-in was easy. It's a fantastic location on a beautiful lake. Doug was easy to communicate with and responsive. We loved fishing from the dock and made great use of the kayaks and the beach.

The home is very nice and welcoming. Our family couldn’t have asked for a better place. We feel this is the best lake at Innsbrook. The view is relaxing and the dock and beach front is just what we wanted. The owners were very responsive and informative. We will definitely be back!

Great place for some R&R

Perfectly relaxing Innsbrook getaway

Had a wonderful time! The house is great and was able to accommodate us, our two teens and a few of their friends. Great fishing from the dock area, paddling and canoeing, and close to the beach. Beautiful lake and a great time!

Perfect Stay

Our trip did not disappoint. The property is clean and well appointed. The property location on the lake made for great fishing, possibly the best lake in the resort. The property owner was a great communicator. We had everything we needed. The children loved the ice creamery. The other people at the resort were friendly and courteous. The restaurant was delicious and relaxing.

Great 4th weekend getaway

Great house, great location! Innsbrook has excellent amenities. House stocked well, plenty of places to sit, enjoy and unwind. Being on lake Gallen was excellent for swimming, canoeing, fishing and relaxing.

What a great week

Fun getaway

The cabin had everything we needed and was very comfortable! We loved drinking coffee on the beach, eating on the patio and had smores around the campfire every night. We brought our own SUP’s and the boys had a great time taking the canoes down to the swim platform. We also visited one of the beaches on the bigger lake and the swimming pool. Beautiful spot!

We picked this location because it was between family in STL and the wedding in Hermann. This house was perfect. Clean, well appointed and attentive host. The lake location was perfect for a quiet relaxing weekend. Highly recommend.

Great Hideaway Just Outside The City

Our family of 5 recently stayed at Doug and Amy’s cabin. We had the best time! The cabin is the perfect size to keep track of the kids but big and open enough to have space and not feel like you are crawling on top of each other.The walk to the lakefront is a gentle slope so when you forget the sunscreen or extra koosie it’s not a chore to walk back and get it.The cabin offers plenty amenities to keep everyone entertained with its location ideal within Innsbrook to let it feel isolated and quiet but close proximity to community facilities so it’s a quick pivot to take advantage of multiple activities to keep kids entertained.
