Escape to the Gulf in style with this delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium. Nestled on the 4th floor of Phoenix on the Bay, this retreat offers a tranquil oasis for up to six guests.

Interior: Step into the bright and airy living area, adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning views of the bay, lazy river, and lush green spaces. Relax on the queen sleeper sofa while enjoying entertainment on the large flat-screen television.
Unwind in the master bedroom boasting a king-size bed and a flat-screen television, perfect for late-night relaxation. Indulge in the delightful master bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub, and double sink vanity.

Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring tile backsplash, white appliances, a spacious island, and an adjacent wet bar for added convenience. Gather around the glass-topped table that seats four or pull up a stool at the breakfast bar which seats an additional four guests.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.

Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

We have stayed at Phoenix on the Bay for the last 15 years in September. We have had minimal complaints. We have been in different condos with minimal problems. We have always loved the facility and its amenities and only reported any issues to the condo owners of any problems they would want/need to be aware of. In this condo 1427 we need to report that the master shower drain cover kept coming up. In the second bathroom the tub would not hold water when needed. The ice machine on refrigerator made a continuous knocking and the wine cooler did not work at all. The hot water heater made a noise all night long. We would have preferred to have the entrance door side window to the condo be covered. On arriving we had issues with getting parking passes as we attempted to prepay on line and only one of our passes went through. We paid for the additional one when arriving and had two parking passes only find out later we were told that we still owed for a parking pass and one of our cars could be towed. Front desk staff but it was just a cluster trying to get it resolved. The main issue that left and leaves a bad taste is the fact that the parking is not included in the condo rental. It would make more sense and less irritant to somehow include it in the rental cost. Even in the advertisement description of amenities states “parking is available” but should state for a fee. The rising cost of the rentals have become a big issue as well.

We are truly sorry about the issues in 1427, including the shower drain cover, the second bathroom tub, the ice maker, the wine cooler and the water heater noise. We have documented each one and passed them to our property team. We are also sorry the parking passes were so frustrating. Amenities Galore!

You will never need to leave this property! The lazy river/pool area is amazing, very relaxing and CLEAN! We liked the ability to bring our boat, rent a slip with trailer parking. The condo was clean, spacious and airy feeling. We look forward to a future stay.

Great area

Wonderful condo & was spacious. I would have loved for the appliances to have been updated though & my kids bedroom had one of the outlets missing, bit of concern there for sure. Unfortunately, the shower was extremely small & you could definitely see the rubber part of the shower that had mildew on it. Wish the outdoor pools were heated so that we could use them, but at least there was an indoor pool that was. All & all it was a good stay.

Other than daily rain, the trip was great. Lazy river and slide was a great way to enjoy the property.

Alabama Again!

My wife & I hadn’t been in this area since “spring break” with our children over 20 + years ago. Amazed at how the area has changed. What we saw, we liked & we will be back.
