Yoga mats aid a good sweat while your own washer + dryer keep things fresh. Sleep6 brand mattresses and supple linens allow for an optimal night’s rest. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Neighborhood Hotel and again, it was perfect for our needs. The unit had everything we needed, a large kitchen that was well stocked. A kitchen table that we were able to set up as workspace that makes it easy for us to work while visiting our Chicago. A nice living room area with a TV with streaming capabilities. Check in was super easy. Not for someone who has difficulty with stairs as there is no elevator. All in all, I highly recommend this place and will stay again for my next visit to Chicago.

Weekend in the City

Great property and location in Lincoln Park

For our family of five, this cool little apartment was perfect! Everyone had a bed and we had a lot more space and amenities than we would've had in a hotel room. The location was great for walking the neighborhood and was just a 10-minute drive into the city!

Easy code-in entry. Clean and tidy apartment. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Newer furniture and appliances. Responsive repair supervisor. I know that the repair super is responsive because there were several items in need of attention. The dishwasher would keep the detergent door closed during the wash cycle. The clothes washer would keep the last rinse water in the tub. The clothes dryer could only handle drying a third of a washer-load at a time. The air conditioner in the master bedroom would beep and reset every ten minutes. But the repair supervisor sent a technician to help address concerns, so that was good. All in all, a pleasant place in a fun and active neighborhood.

Lovely condo with a can't beat location! We usually rent a house with extended family for a whole week but circumstances were different this year and we couldn't make family beach week happen. We were very familiar with the Inlet Point Condos but had never stayed until now. We appreciated being able to not have to book a whole week but still have a fantastic beach getaway! This condo had the perfect location for a stay with small kids - just across the street from beach access and right across from one of the pools. We loved the peekaboo ocean views and you could hear the waves from the screened in porch. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. We loved crabbing and fishing off of the community dock with our eldest. It was the perfect size for our family and the master had plenty of room to set up the pack n play for the baby. Beds were very comfy and water pressure was great. Our only hiccup was that the wifi stopped working and the TVs were app only set up. It seemed to be a faulty router or power cord which is a Spectrum job to fix. With it being a weekend they were likely unable to get out there before checkout. So not really anything more that could have been done other than having a little more communication from resort management - we heard nothing back from them after reporting the issue. So we had no TV or wifi for half of our stay, but that wasn't why we were there anyway. Overall a wonderful unit and a lovely stay!

Family visit

It was a great property close to restaurants and stores. Easy access to downtown Chicago and walking distance to the lake. The condo was spacious with lots of natural light. Everything needed to cook and or bring in take out. Very quite and comfortable. Will definitely stay her again when we return
