You'll love the tranquility of this private home on 5 acres that includes an outdoor pool with spectacular views of the Sierra Foothills from the backyard and gazebo. The 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps 10 and includes a game room with fun amenities like ping pong, arcade basketball, darts, and corn hole toss. BBQ grill, washer/dryer, AC/central heating, linens, and other basic amenities are included with your rental.

This place was the best! We had an amazing trip and it’s kind of isolated yet close to everything. Yosemite, Bass Lake, and shops were all nearby. The pool overlooking the valley was the best way to start and finish our day!!! The home itself had lots of room and included all we needed. Clean and very spacious. We loved our stay.

The view! The outside of this property made it a real winner. We so enjoyed sitting under the cabana every single day and cooling off in the pool after our ventures into Yosemite. The beds are comfortable and Nina was very responsive to our few questions!We would have liked a few more towels as well as a cooler to take into the park for picnics and the appliances could be updated. But obviously none of that took away from the wonderful property and vacation we had.

Great spot for girls trip

This was the perfect spot for our mother/daughter girls trip. The bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen had all we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed dining outside one night and relaxing by the pool one afternoon after spending the day hiking at Yosemite. The view is amazing- better than the photos in the listing. We loved the big dining room table for puzzling. Close to grocery store and restaurants and just a short scenic drive to the south entrance of Yosemite. Thank you to our host for an easy stay.

Beautiful and Peaceful

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time! The house was clean, comfortable and a great location between Yosemite Park and Bass Lake. Nina was very responsive and helpful. The kids loved pool and we spent a ton of time enjoying the outdoor space.

Beautiful Views- Great Location -Relaxing

This property was a perfect location for our family. It was 10 miles to the south park entrance and 5 minutes to restaurants and stores in town. The views are everything!! The sunrise sitting by the pool was a perfect way to start each day. It’s so quiet and peaceful. Its back deck with pool and grill was perfect for our family to swim and relax by after hiking in the park all day. The rental was clean and our host was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. The game room with ping pong and bags was an added bonus for our kids. If you want a peaceful clean property while still being close to town this is it.

Yosemite Trip

House was clean and great location to both Yosemite and the stores and restaurants in Oakhurst. We had 8 guests total and we all fit comfortably. The best part of the house was the outside space. The views are amazing and it was very relaxing to sit out in the morning and also in the evening after long days in Yosemite. Wish we had booked an extra day to just sit and relax at the house.

Family Fun

The location was perfect for visiting Yosemite! It is a short drive to the south entrance of the park and also a short distance from town to buy groceries. The setting of the home is beautiful. The house easily accommodated my family of 10. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed relaxing on the patio. We all had a wonderful time there!

Serenity in the mountains

My husband, two sons, and I highly recommend this property. The location in Oakhurst is ideal for visiting Yosemite National Park and you also have great restaurants, grocery stores, and shops close by, all while having your own private piece of heaven up in the mountaintops with an excellent view. The house was immaculate and impeccably decorated. It was very easy communicating with the host. We would definitely stay here again.

Beyond Amazing!

Yes, you will want to book this home! This mountain house was beautiful ! The view from the back yard was amazing at all parts of the day!!! Lots to do at home we almost did not want to go to Yosemite ! The kids enjoyed the pool and game room, my 4 year old loved the board games and the real life lizards they spotted in nature around the house outside . The adults enjoyed the view and the BBQ , cooking was fun! The manager was responsive, accommodating and professional . Literally not one thing went wrong at this beautiful home. We would do it again! Stores are about 7-9 minutes away from the home so easy to get what you need if you need it. Yosomite drive was great and easy to drive to from this home, without traffic we got there within reasonable time frame. The master bedroom is beautiful and open! With parts of a sun roof almost so at night you can see the stars. Open windows through out home. Just beautiful.

Family vacation

Had an amazing vacation! This home was perfect for us and had the best view at any time of the day! From sunrise to sunset and enjoyed the beautiful stars at night! Our two grandkids enjoyed the pool a few times even though it’s cooler than we are used to coming from Louisiana. Yosemite National Park is a place we will never forget! God’s beautiful creation undoubtedly!

Relaxing stay, amazing views

The photos don’t give the view from this property justice! It is in a fantastic location. Well stocked kitchen. The house had everything we needed. Short drive into Yosemite, we went in three times. Oakhurst is a great town with lots of food options, shops and grocery stores.

Beautiful views

We had a group of 10 at this beautiful home for a family celebration and we had the best weekend! Nina was quick to communicate with us on a couple of issues we had and was so helpful. The home is located close to the South Gate entrance to Yosemite which was awesome. The pool was chilly but the kids still swam in it. Overall, everyone had a wonderful trip!

Great vacation spot!

Our group of 7 adults had a fantastic time at the Tranquility Resort. It was perfect central location for visiting Yosemite and Sequoia parks and then relaxing under the stars and by the pool in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Very nice property

We stayed at Tranquility for 6 nights for both a family vacation and we attended a Wedding at nearby Tenaya Lodge. The accommodations were perfect for a family. Very clean. The kids loved the game room and the pool was clean and beautiful. We did not mind that it wasn’t heated. The kitchen was well stocked and we made use of it everyday. We were 10 minutes from a large grocery store and 17 min away from Tenaya and the Yosemite South Gate. 15 minutes from Bass Lake where we enjoyed dinner and music on the lake. Everyone loved the trip including the gorgeous views. My only recommendation would be new pillows for the master bedroom as they were a bit thin. But we would certainly stay at this property again! The owner made everything seamless upon arrival we gained entry with no issues. Ample parking as well. Thank you for a lovely visit!

Awesome !

This property is so beautiful, I was sad to say goodbye. Wish we had another day or two to Be there. Just as described, only thing I wish it had would be a hot tub, oh yeah and a heated pool because it was way too cold to use during our stay. The host was very nice and accommodating as well. Thanks for a great experience!

Place was great, the view was amazing and proximity to you to Yosemite and other areas is perfect.

Fun for all

First trip to yosemite. Close enough for a day trip. Bass lake was a blast. The house had everything except our food! If I ever make it back to the area would def stay. Kids loved the pool!
