Este espacioso y confortable casa fue construida en la familia, y es propiedad de una familia. Esta casa es favorable a los niños. Las características especiales incluyen una cubierta grande, una cabina de ducha exterior completamente nueva, aire acondicionado recién agregado, y lavadora y secadora. Además, proporcionamos toallas de papel y TP, papel de aluminio, envoltura de plástico y condimentos básicos.
Nuestra casa de campo está muy bien ubicada, a solo diez o quince minutos a pie de la playa (Glendon Rd Beach) en Nantucket Sound y a 15 minutos en coche de las playas de la bahía. Muchas opciones de tiendas y restaurantes están cerca.

Another great visit!

This is just a great, comfortable house and I can say that as a repeat guest! One of the best stocked kitchens of any rental I've ever booked. We hardly ever leave the house. Can't wait for next summer!

Fantastic summer getaway

Cottage was the cutest cleanest cottage. Our family of six completely enjoyed ourselves. We love being able to walk to the beach every day and some great restaurants right around the corner. Fantastic host! We would definitely come back.

Cute home in a quiet part of Dennis near lots of things

My kids and I enjoyed being able to walk to multiple restaurants/other options and to several beaches. We were also well placed to drive to any of the other Dennis beaches or attractions. Having Central AC, a washer/dryer and outdoor shower was invaluable for keeping up with the kids during our stay. We had a beautiful week of weather, but the house is well equipped with games and other distractions if you have a rainy week.

Cape stay

This is such a wonderful rental! Perfect for our small family. Linda was an incredible communicator and we worked as a team on our week. The beds are very comfortable and the cottage is outfitted with all the things you need. The outdoor space behind is sweet and cozy, and there is a shed with some toys and Beach gear for the family. Highly recommend it!

This is our second summer in a row at this property and I can't wait until next year. It's very comfortable and has a great, well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Perfect little porch and outdoor shower.

Hot week / Cool cottage

Once again we totally enjoyed renting this cottage! AC and outdoor shower cooled us right down after the beach. Back deck shady in time to enjoy some cocktails while deciding where to go for dinner.. so many choices nearby!

Great place to stay in Dennisport

The photos do not do this cottage justice - it is much nicer than we expected! Great location, nice size, very clean and comfortable, has everything for your stay - hot beach day or rain. Wi-fi is very strong and reliable. Linda is a great host! Hope to come back next year!

Charming Cottage

Hi Linda, I wanted to say thank you for letting us stay at grandmas beach house. It was so cozy and had just the right amount of charm! We had a wonderful time, and made some amazing memories. My husband watered all the flowers everyday(he can’t sit still). We hated that our vacation had to end! We did clean the house as best we could before we left and hope the cleaning staff did not have much to do (it is a habit of ours and we all work in nursing, sanitizing is our specialty lately!!!) once again I thank you so much for letting our family make amazing memories at your place! I grew up in Shrewsbury, MA as the youngest of seven children. I graduated from Shrewsbury HS and later Worcester State University.

I have been in the Travel Business since the month I graduated college! I worked 5 years as a Flight Attendant and 4 years as an In-flight Training Instructor. I met my husband, Mark, in a hotel lobby in Germany. He was from NJ! lol. After we married, I moved to Maryland (just outside of DC), close to where Mark's work is. I worked at Dulles Airport for several years and then switched over to the cruise business. I recently took early retirement, after 22 years, from Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. And now.....I own a travel franchise which is an American Express affiliate. I love to travel and I love to collaborate with my clients in fulfilling their dream trips; whether on land or sea.

Mark is an Economist and will retire in a year. He will then join me in the business.

We have 3 amazing children, 27, 31, and 31. They joined our family through adoption. We have fully open adoptions and they enjoy many many family members!

My Dad, Grandfather, and Uncle built our cottage. My Grandfather was a carpenter, my Dad- a machinist and carpenter, and my Uncle- a Master Cabinet Maker. A lot of sweat and love went into building it. My 4 brothers helped as well. As a child, we all spent time there, creating awesome memories. Now, our children are having the same experiences (and more) than the seven of us did. The name "Grammy's Beach House" came from my children. They called my Mom's year round home, "Grammy's White House" and the cottage "Grammy's Beach House".

Our family wishes you the same memorable stays at "Grammy's" that our family has enjoyed for 4 generations!

My father passed when I was 20 and my Mom in 2000. At the time, my 6 siblings were not interested in purchasing the cottage. I had always wanted to.

The cottage and property are rich in memories for us. 4 generations of Sampsons have enjoyed and still enjoy this cozy home.
