This 3 bedroom home is decorated in a fun, modern style that won't make you feel like you're revisiting the 80's! The kitchen is stocked with cookware, large Instant Pot, drip coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, electric water kettle, wine glasses, dishes, silverware, 5 stage kitchen reverse osmosis water filter! This is your home away from home.
The outdoor patio is a great place to have coffee in the morning or cold beverages in the evening and watch the sun set and the golfers zip by in golf carts!
Longer / monthly stays available. Pets ok, just ask.

Great vacation place

Accomodations were great, had everything we needed. Location was wonderful, patio faces the golf course so we could watch golfters who would occassionally visit with us. Great location and easy to find. I would reccomment to everyone this house for a vacation. We met the owner who is a wonderful lady.

Very cute house

The house was very nice and comfortable. While we were there we had a problem with the garbage disposal, but the host had it fixed the next morning. We would be very happy to stay here again!

House was clean. Kitchen well stocked with needed supplies like paper towels, foil plastic bags and even cooking oil. Had a golf club Chaparral that offered some good handy food options.

Best Ever

This is by far the nicest Vrbo rental we've ever stayed in and we've stayed in many. It was immaculate inside and was by far the best furnished with soaps, shampoos, conditioners, storage bags, paper towels, seasonings, coffee, tea, etc. The owner (Liz) even furnished a new gas grill when we requested one for doing steaks on the patio. Best Ever.

Cute home in nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this tastefully decorated home. Very easy instructions, great communication with the owner, huge lot next door to park extra vehicles or your boat & the backyard view was nice to unwind to after a day of Boating. Had a little hiccup but Liz was on it & took care of it the best she could which satisfied us. That's someone you'd want to rent from- a problem solver, not someone who makes excuses. Thank you, Liz! We appreciate your attentiveness.

Great home and location

We lucked out for our first stay in Bullhead City with this great home located on the Chaparral Golf course (great food at the club house) and within a 10 minute walk to the best park to walk our dog on the Colorado River! The neighborhood is quiet and this is the nicest home on the block;). It is one of the most comfortable, updated, clean, spacious, nicely decorated homes we have stayed in! And it had great staples: dishes, pans, spices, tinfoil, linens and even the knives are sharp:) Communication with Liz, the owner, was almost an instantaneous response. She had an easy check-in and was very helpful with suggestions about the area! We liked watching the golfers from our back deck, discovering Lake Havasu and traveling on Route 66!! We really enjoyed Liz’s lovely home, highly recommend staying here and hope to return again ourselves! Thank You, Liz!!!

We came to visit our grandmother who lives one block over on the river so this worked out absolutely perfect for our needs. Thank you Liz. We’ll keep this rental at the top of our list for the future.

Quiet neighborhood

Owner was very responsive. Home is accurately pictured. Home was clean and had all the convenience of home. Close to river, restaurants and stores . Wonderful alternative to hotel- allow family to have quality time together.

Family weekend

Very clean and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked. Everyone had great sleep, the beds and lenin are very comfortable! Perfect for a quick getaway with the whole family.

Such a gem!

This is a very clean, quiet and comfortable 3 bedroom house in a great location in Bullhead City. The back of the house abuts a golf course and on the left is a vacant lot. The only close neighbor is on the right but we never saw or heard anyone. An occasional barking dog but the neighborhood is really quiet, especially at night. The house is well equipped and has wi-fi, cable, Netflix, etc. It is less than a mile from the beautiful Rotary Club park, right on the Colorado River, and we went there every day to walk our dog. It is also within five minutes of shopping, restaurants. We spent a week there and went grocery shopping the first night so mostly ate in, but there are plenty of restaurants to go to. Liz, the owner, is extremely responsive and will answer any questions very quickly. We had no issues with anything. We found the bed in the master bedroom very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with staples (salt, pepper, olive oil, etc) and pots, pans, utensils. Also, the house was very clean! My husband is a neat freak and even he couldn’t find anything to complain about! Highly recommend!!

Home away from home!

The home is very clean and comfortable with many nice unexpected touches, coffee and creamers, many kitchen extras, even sunscreen! Owner was very accommodating to our schedule and promptly responded to our messages. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean home

The house worked perfectly for us. We were there to play softball tournament. Close to the fields and plenty of parking. Owner is great to work with. We will stay here again when we come back to play softball

A Sweet Gem

Having a great experience begins with the host. I was there on business with my husband. The host Liz is very responsive before and if you message her with any questions as I did while we were there, she responds quickly. The home is well equipped with essential and non-essential but convenient items to make your stay comfortable. The property is conveniently located to shopping, gas, water and anything else you might want to do while in Bullhead City. Definitely a sweet gem!

Golfing Vacation

We were in Bullhead City to golf with friends from Minnesota. This year we decided to try rent a house rather than staying at the casinos. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, kitchen was well stocked and met our needs. Owner was quick to respond to our inquiries. Definitely would rent this place again.
