Welcome to the French Riviera!

I am delighted to receive you for a tourist and relaxing stay with family or friends. You will appreciate the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and you will have a direct access to the beach by foot !
My charming apartment is composed of :
- 2 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 private bathroom (Italian shower to the disabled standard + wc); and 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds + 1 single bed sliding underneath.
- 1 independent toilet with Italian shower + wc
- 1 open kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, also with dryer.
- 1 living room with a dining area, sofa, TV, wifi, furniture for the interior and for the terrace.
You will particularly appreciate the large TERRACE to have lunch outside while enjoying the magnificent VIEW on the SEA which will be offered to you!
You will also have a parking space allocated.
Not forgetting the SWIMMING POOL to relax and sunbathe on sunny days! The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. It is not supervised. Unaccompanied children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the pool.
You have at your disposal a baby foot and a ping pong
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.

The residence is located in the town of Sainte-Maxime, close to the coastal town center of Les Issambres, all amenities, marina, and links to the islands and coastal towns of the Var (including St. Tropez at 20 minutes by sea).

You can take advantage of the good weather to go for a walk or a bike ride to discover the surroundings and enjoy the different bars, restaurants and shops. The Elephants' beach is a 15 minute walk away and the famous Nartelle beach is 30 minutes away.
A market every Friday and a flea market on Wednesdays will enhance your stroll along the beach. In addition, you can visit many other towns and villages such as Ramatuelle, Gassin, Saint-Raphaël, Cannes, Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Grasse, Cagnes-sur-Mer, and of course Saint-Tropez which are only 30 minutes away by car.

Do not miss to visit the essential places of Sainte-Maxime such as
Sainte-Maxime harbor (8 minutes by car), Jardin Bonaparte garden (30 minutes by car), Aqualand (11 minutes by car), Jardin botanique des Myrtes (10 minutes by car) and Les Éléphants de Mer (15 minutes by foot).

Visiting Sainte-Maxime is also an opportunity to go hiking in the small mountain range known as the Massif des Maures or in the heart of the Pointe de Sardinaux where you can discover all the richness of the flora of Sainte-Maxime.

For your daily shopping, you will find the SPAR Supermarket at 5 minutes walk.
