The Space:

This is a new multi-level home with a private heated pool and patio. This incredible property was built for your family's vacation in mind. This home is located just steps away from Beach Access #1 & #2 on Okaloosa Island with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the intracoastal waterway from the balcony on the third floor. The common area living room features 12' ceilings, a kitchen island with bar seating, dining room table and covered patios overlooking the pool. This home features four master bedrooms with king beds and a bunkroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Within walking distance is 6 restaurants, 3 retail shops, mini golf, a gas station and liquor store. It also has a private drive and room for a trailer.

Parking is under and on the side of the house, which will accommodate 4 - 5 cars.

This home does not have an elevator, and guests will need to climb stairs to be able access the multi-living floors.

Great stay in Fort Walton

Great location in Fort Walton with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Short drive to Destin. Having the private pool was fantastic! We love this property and have been here several times. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Fort Walton!

Annual Family Vacation 2022

Amazing vacation!!!

First of all I want to say the pictures on-line do not do this home justice. The home is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for your vacation. The proximity to the beach is great, easy walk even with small kids. The pool is a perfect size and was a big hit with everyone in our group.

Wonderful Stay

Home is as advertised! Our family had a wonderful stay at 1 Fish 2 Fish! We did not want to leave and would ike to return. The pool and other amenities were Spot on! The home is located close to the beach and other activities.

Paradise on Okaloosa Island

The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. We were able to walk to the beach and other attractions. And there was lots of room to socialize and play games on the patio by the pool. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience!

Excellent Location

The home was just what we needed. Kiddos had plenty of room to play, loved the bunk beds, and enjoyed the pool. The adults enjoyed the open kitchen/ living concept. Bedrooms and baths were large and enjoyable. Overall, looking forward to using Beach Weekend again, perhaps on the beach.

Great stay

House was big enough for all 12 of us. Loved having a private pool and close to the beach. Great location and close to restaurants. This house does have a lot of stairs so be prepared for that. Overall great house and owners were very fast to respond to any questions.

Perfect for families

Amazing! We had a group of 9 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was perfect for laid back days and the kids enjoyed the pool toys. Would definitely stay again. We also checked out the Beach Weekend boat rentals and rented a boat- great prices and everyone was so friendly.

Bluefish was exactly what we were looking for!

The property was beautiful! The house was so open and light. The bedrooms are spacious. The little nook with bunk beds was perfect for the teenagers! The kitchen is beautiful and so functional. It has everything you need!

Perfectly suited for our extended family

Great home with something for everyone. Nice indoor spaces and nice outdoor spaces. Pool was appreciated and the short walk to the beach was quick and easy. For older folks - keep in mind the steps inside the house — lots of them! Good mattresses and plenty of bathrooms for everyone! Thanks for the great stay!

Family beach vacay

We were wowed by the property. Location was great. We had trouble with the dishwasher (a wheel was broken on the bottom rack) and the fire alarm went off 3 times. The beach towels were a bonus. Overall, a great facility.

Incredible Stay

Our stay was incredible! The house was perfect and the area was great. Our host was always available for any questions or concerns we had. The only issue we had was an issue with the refrigerator's icemaker, but the host was very quick in having the problem solved and was even kind enough to bring us bags of ice to use. This place get a 11/10, absolutely incredible! Thank you again to our host for her incredible hospitality!

beautiful and practical!

Beautiful home, water views between buildings on both sides of homes, proximity to the beach is wonderful, literally a walk across the street. The homeowner was immediately responsive when contacted! Would definitely stay again, great food within walking distance as well. We utilized the outside living spaces as much as the inside.

Property was clean. On a heavily travelled road so a lot of traffic noise at night. Beach was nice but access was less direct than appeared on website. With this, it was overall very nice.

Absolutely amazing

We stayed at this property for our yearly summer vacation. 3 families all with small children. Kids loved the pool and adults loved the cleanliness, all the space, closeness to the beach and food. The property owners were literally a text away with very quick responses. They were so helpful! I would recommend this place!

1 Fish 2 Fish was spectacular. The check in and accommodations were amazing. Perfectly decorated and well equipped. This home handled our group of 8 with ease. It could have handled 12+ easily. Quick access to beach, short walk to public access. Good food nearby. Appliances were very nice. Beds were comfortable. This home checked all the boxes. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect for High School Seniors from Georgia

The house is amazing! From the huge kitchen, to the en-suite bedrooms, decks and pool, we loved everything abut this house. Oh and THE SHOWER 🙌 on the main level!!!!! The property manager was very communicative and quick to respond. We have travelled to 30A the last two years and spent A LOT on a house that was much smaller, much less parking and 9:30 curfews! Our kids enjoyed spending time at the house, walking to the beach and walking to the restaurants. We cooked 1-2 meals per day. The kitchen design and appliances were fantastic!! My “only” recommendation would be to have a larger grill available. Oh, and the pool was perfect first week of April without heating. We will be back again!! Great place!

We stayed here for our annual family vacation and it was perfect! We had 4 sets of adults , 5 teenagers and a toddler and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool at the house is perfect and the walk to the beach is easy. The location of the house is just a short drive to tons of water activities, shopping and dining. Will definitely stay there again in the future.
