Easy communication and fast response when we weren’t able to get in due to expired batteries. Dog friendly. No fenced yard but a beautiful walking path to the river.

Communication was excellent. Master shower had prior guest shampoo and soap left on the shelf and dishwasher was not working correctly so found full with dirty dishes. Area is quite and the hiking path to the river was a bonus for our dogs.

Home base for busy two week stay

Perfect house for an extended two week stay for our daughter's wedding. Was centrally located to both Belgrade and Bozeman for all of our before and after wedding events with family. It was also nice that we were able to include our dog in our stay too!

Nice, newer home will all the necessary amenities. Close to both Big Sky and Bozeman. Having 3 bedrooms worked out great for our party of 4. Would be happy to stay there again in the future.

Great space to call home while in Bozeman

Host was exceptionally easy to work with. The unit is comfortable with spacious rooms and amazing natural light. The location is a little off the beaten path, but an easy drive to downtown. I will most definitely stay here again.

Newer quiet neighborhood

Very nice newer quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for up to 6 adults. Could use a little more furniture for this many people. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Pretty perfect

Everything about this property was perfect. Great location close to downtown Bozeman, shopping, restaurants. Cute and safe little neighborhood for our family and small pup to walk during the day and night. House was stylish and perfectly furnished. This will definitely be our family's go-to for Bozeman trips. Hostess was super great.

I am a little disappointed in our stay at this place. The house itself was perfect for what I needed and the host did allow us to check in 2 hours early, which I greatly appreciate. However, when I went upstairs, it smelled super musty. I couldn’t figure out what the smell was. When I laid down, I realized it was the sheets on the bed - they smelled like they had sat in a washing machine for days, then got dried. The other 3 beds in the house also smelled like this. I washed the sheets on my bed the next day, which solved the problem. I notified the host upon checkout of the issue, but have not received any response.

Double booked

After booking a three day conference and scheduling a two-night stay two months in advance, we showed up to find another group in the home. There was no other place in town available, we drove 6 hours one way to get there. When we tried to contact the host, they wouldn't answer the call or return our texts. Needless to say, our plans were changed, and we were disappointed.

I wish we could have communicated with each other. Which number were you calling, I did the same and called and text you several times before the visit. With no response. Even VRBO customer service tried to call you for me. Yes this place had a double booking but I had another place for you stay but was Not able to get a hold of you to communicate the new arrangements.

Disappointing Stay – Unclean and Poorly ManagedWe have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years, and this was by far the most disappointing experience we’ve had. When we arrived, the property was clearly not cleaned properly. Some of the issues included:•Toilets that were visibly dirty, with particles inside and dried urine behind them•Showers with hair left inside and not thoroughly cleaned•Bathroom sinks with hair in each one•Mirrors with smudges and streaks•Light switches that were dirty to the touch•Air vents with dirt buildup and even spiders inside•Garbage, lint, and dust behind the washer and dryer•Hairballs in the bathroom and on the carpet•Carpets that did not appear to have been vacuumed•An overall musty smell that made it obvious the property hadn’t been cleaned wellThe check-in process was also frustrating. Our rental stated check-in was at 4:00 p.m. That afternoon, we were messaged and told the cleaning crew would need until 4:30 p.m. to finish. Then we were asked again what time we would be checking in. We explained that our original plan was 4:00 p.m., but we would adjust to 4:30 p.m. to accommodate the delay. Given the condition we found the property in, it was clear that even with the extra time, the cleaning was not completed to any acceptable standard.What made matters worse was the way our concerns were handled. My husband texted the property manager with photos and she never responded.
