Pretty cottage with sea view, 50m from the beach

In the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, along the GR34 trail, Armelle, Delphine, and Pierre look forward to welcoming you to their cottage, ideally located just 50 meters from Penvern Beach.


The chalet has a private entrance and is laid out as follows:
- an enclosed garden with a covered patio, all facing due south,
- on the first floor: 1 living area with a combined living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen; 1 bedroom for 2 people (140-cm bed), 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 separate toilet,
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (140 beds), small living room with a magnificent ocean view.

Blackout curtains in the bedrooms; no shutters.

Bed linens provided for stays of 7 nights or more.
Bath towels available for an additional 5 euros per person.
Bed linens available for an additional 15 euros per bed for stays of 2 to 6 nights.

Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee: 40 euros.

We accept pets (maximum 2); dogs must not be classified as Category 1 or 2. Pet fee: 6 euros/day/pet.

The house has free parking for 1 car. Free parking nearby.
Penvern Beach is 50m away.
The village of Pleumeur-Bodou is 2 km away and accessible by bike via a bike path. Ile Grande is also 2 km away.


For hikers: GR34 and the Customs Officers’ Trail

For kids and adults alike:
Pleumeur-Bodou: radome, telecommunications museum, planetarium, Gallic village, tree-top adventure course,
Trégastel: aquarium.

For sports enthusiasts: Trébeurden Water Sports Center (surfing, sailing, etc.)
