Welcome to this cozy studio that offers a comfortable queen-size bed with charging stations on both nightstands for your convenience. Enjoy the entertainment provided by a 55" HD TV with Roku, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies from your smart device. Accounts for popular streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Video, and Hulu are included.

For some offline fun, you'll find a selection of board games for both kids and adults in the armoire. The full kitchenette features a spacious sink, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, portable 2-burner electric burner and an outdoor BBQ. All the necessary kitchen and dining utensils are provided. The coffee maker comes with complimentary coffee for your enjoyment.

Cute and cozy

Fishing trip exploration! I enjoyed my stay there at sunflower. Owner was super friendly. Had everything you needed to cook/bbq, clean and linens which was a bonus. I would highly recommend staying here it was perfect for my boyfriend and I. Close to everything such as the lake, stores and restaurant's. We will definitely keep this cozy place in mind and book here when we visit lake havasu again.

Convenient location

Location was amazing and host was available when in town. Property was small for our family and there was only one sink available for house. Our concerns were acknowledged and addressed when host was available. Again, if size and sink not a concern, it is convenient.

We had some issues with the initial check-in as we did not receive the entry code, and were unable to contact the owner. This resulted in us having to spend our first night in a hotel. The owner contacted us the following day and reimbursed us for the inconvenience. After that communication with him was very good. The property was located in a central area close to shopping and restaurants. It’s a small place suitable for two people. We enjoyed the outdoor area and the Bbq. There is ample parking.

Nice location

This is a great property for a couple nights but a little small for a week. (Though priced well) We loved the location as it was a short walk down to the lake and all the 'things'. Starbucks and the grocery store are only a block away. We were surprised that there was no bathroom sink, just the kitchen sink right outside the bathroom. And no kitchen towels or dish clothe. This may have been an oversight and we could have probably asked for them. Overall nice place.

This is a hidden gem!

This property could not have worked out better for us. Between the close location to everything to the private secluded patio to the very clean facilities to the comfortable bed, everything was perfect. Studio Close to Everything

My husband and I stayed with our dog for the weekend and the studio was perfect for us. Not to mention the location was great, walking distance to get coffee in the morning and super close to London Bridge and the grocery store. It was really nice to have a little patio so we could let our dog out to have a little more room to roam too. Plus, the parking spot for the unit which allowed us to park our truck and 23' boat/trailer overnight was an added bonus too.

Simple & Quiet

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and enjoyed our stay. The room was cozy and clean. The property & neighborhood was quite, clean and very safe. Loved the proximity to shopping & London bridge. The outdoor patio is private to the room and a nice touch. Outdoor furniture needs a little cleanup / updating, but does the job and provides a nice place to sit and have a glass of wine to unwind. We will stay again.

Perfect place right in the middle of Havasu

This place is adorable and perfect for a couple coming to visit Havasu it’s got it’s own private backyard for enjoying the beautiful weather outdoors as well as all the amenities you could need for your stay! The check in process was super simple and the host was great to communicate with informing us of all the great places to visit in Havasu which the best part is they are all with in a short walking distance! We got to explore so much on foot with how close everything is and the bridge and lake are super pretty and super close too! Thank you for having us! :)

Location, Location, Location!

The Sunflower studio was very clean, well equipped, and very bright and cheerful. We had plenty of room to park our boat on it's trailer and our SUV. Ideal location within walking distance to the London Bridge and many restaurants and stores. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend
