Private Pool and Sun Terrace: The large deck terrace, around the pool, is divided into two parts: the first part has an ajoupa with a large fixed bench and a dining table that can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The second part, uncovered, is equipped with three deckchairs with mattresses and two daybeds, offering a breathtaking view of the golf course.

Dream Location: Villa BIRDY is located in the Hauts de Saint-François residence, on the golf course.
Less than a kilometre from the Casino, the town centre and the marina of Saint-François with its many restaurants. The first beach is only 2 kilometres away (3-4 minutes by car), and you are about 8-10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of the Pointe des Châteaux.

Comfortable Rooms: The villa offers three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and 160 cm beds with quality hotel bedding.
The master bedroom opens onto the pool and golf course, with a closet/wardrobe and its own bathroom equipped with a bath and WC.
The other two bedrooms also have views (golf course and pool and for the 3rd bedroom a garden view) and have fitted wardrobes/wardrobes.

A second shower room completes the layout of the bedrooms, with a toilet located at the hallway level.
