Charming Wild Dunes Cottage with free golf cart

This lovely, newly renovated three bedroom cottage is the perfect vacation get away. Centrally located in the beach front community of Wild Dunes Resort this spacious 1660 sq. ft. home is the perfect relaxation spot for families, friends, and golfers. Nestled in the popular Twin Oaks area, this cottage is only a short, four-minute golf cart ride to the beach.

Upon entering the house, you will enjoy the open, spacious living areas, hardwood floors and tasteful decor. The dining area, with a table for 6, opens to a cozy gathering area. This large space opens to the graciously sized sun room with a smart TV, making this the perfect spot for family gatherings! There is a separate table - perfect for playing cards or extra dining space. We have high speed internet for those that are working from home or just want to be connected.

The master bedroom, with a private bath, offers a king bed, while the two guest rooms (one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed (twin, full, and twin trundle) share a common bath between the two rooms. All three bedrooms offer top of the line mattresses, luxurious 350 thread count sheets, and televisions.

The completely renovated kitchen offers granite counter tops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Extra seating around the bar lets family members keep the chef company. This open kitchen boasts all the top of the line cooking and entertainment pieces you could ask for!

The screened in porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee or enjoying beautiful sunsets. We wanted our beach house to have all of the same amenities and luxuries that we enjoy in our "year round" house. We hope it will be a favorite of all who stay here!

We also provide a golf cart for your use while at the house - making it easier to get to and from our beautiful beach!
