Wonderful Stay

Rented for the pool and we were not disappointed, kids had a great time as did the adults. House was very nice and well appointed, communication with the Host was great.We did not realize off-roading was popular in the area when we booked, if you are interested in doing that this property is great for it with onsite parking for you trailer and a short ride to the off-road park.Would book again without any heasitation

Super nice getaway

We loved the house and all the amenities! The pool was awesome! Would highly recommend this house. The host is such a helpful gentleman with a great sense of humor. Enjoyed meeting with him .

Disney-ATV heaven!

The house was in a great location. Looks of parking for our rigs! Ray was great and very helpful. House was so comfortable. Disney locals very nice and welcoming!

Excellent Getaway

Our second time back at this property and everything was excellent! We love this space and the area. House was very clean and we appreciate all the details. This place is truly a gem! Only downside was the Vrbo messenger wouldn’t load (not the owners fault obviously) and I had text the number they sent a couple times, but never got a response. Luckily we didn’t need anything important during our stay, so it wasn’t a huge issue and I would’ve tried calling if I had needed something important. Overall amazing stay for my family and I.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

We had the most amazing time at this property! They thought of every detail. We always struggle to find a place that is kid friendly (we have 4 year old twins and a 7 year old) and this property was great! It was SO clean and well kept! We loved the pool and were so grateful for them providing floaties. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing the wildlife. I loved being able to work remotely on the patio with my coffee and watch the deer. Excellent hosts, very attentive and responsive.We can't wait to return! Thank you thank you!

Wonderful Home!

We stayed almost a week in this wonderful home just a short distance from Grand Lake. It was even better than then we expected. The home was spotlessly clean and there were so many nice extra touches. There was coffee and tea as well as water bottles and even lots of snacks. The location of the home is in a nice and safe neighborhood in Disney and close to all the great offerings at the lake. The pool is beautiful, beds comfortable and the TV is huge. So nice to have TV in the bedroom as well for movies at night. The newly renovated kitchen was my favorite part as it was clean and well supplied. Best of all, Ray was a pleasure to communicate with every time and we are already in the process of lining up our next vacation. Highly recommend this property and owners!

Close to Disney Ride Park

Place is very clean and nice! Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We rode our buggy to the ride park and to dinner at Mooney's. Plenty of space for trailer parking also. Great location and the pool area was very nice. We can't wait to go back in the summer to use the pool!

Nicest home in Disney!

Huge treed yard w deer grazing and bedding down daily, phenomenal private pool, large graveled area near shop bldg was perfect for trailers and utvs. Can ride UTV to gas station, restaurants, gift shop, and trail heads without trailering. there are 4 homes on this dead end street at edge of town, they are the 4 nicest in town and this is the nicest of the four. Master mattress is high end but the Q and the F are just acceptable, could be better.

Great property with an excellent host! We had a wonderful stay!

Ray has a lovely home! Everything was clean and it had lots of nice amenities. The pool was awesome and the layout was inviting. The deer outside were great to watch and we were just minutes from the lake. We enjoyed seadooing, tritooning, tubing and hiking. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely book a stay again!

Amazing Place

Upon arrival we were impressed with everything. The house was super clean and the best stocked place we have ever stayed. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The pool was amazing and sparkling and the outdoor shower was nice to have. Even though it was well into the 100’s temperature wise we spent the majority of our time outside. Communications with Ray and Sharon were superb. We will definitely return again. Thanks for the great week!! The Schemmel’s

We love staying with Ray!

I will always enjoy coming back to his places. We have stayed at both of his properties!! I love his communication, always clean, comfortable beds, always feel at home, nice and quiet neighborhood, close enough to trails but far enough aways to enjoy a goodnights rest and look at the stars and wildlife around the place!! I have nothing but positive things about all the experiences here!! THANKS RAY❤

Great place to stay to go rock crawling.

Honeymoon stay

This is the only 2nd stay I've had in places like this. It was amazing seems like he went above and beyond. From the pictures it looks small but the place was hug I would like to come back for my anniversaries and stay again definitely worth it.

Fantastic property

The house was clean. Beds and furniture were comfy. Extra towels, ice in fridge and even snacks laid out. House stayed cool in the hot summer heat. Outside was the best part. There is a place to sit and chat while smoking if you are a smoker. Then the pool area. It had many comfy seats, umbrellas to keep you cool and the pool was the perfect size. At night there were lights everywhere so you could hang out and enjoy the pool even in the dark. It even had a place to wash your hands and use the bathroom outside! Very close to the lake as well. A++++++
