## Accommodation

La Demeure de Beauregard is a large charming house with stone walls and a covered heated swimming pool (available from April/May to October, depending on the weather), offering 10 very comfortable beds, and located 10 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne.

It is an old farmhouse of 165 m² entirely renovated and composed of 5 rooms with each one a shower room. It can thus accomodate 10 people (+ 2 years). A baby equipment is also available.
It offers a warm interior, with a spacious and pleasant living room, equipped with a beautiful fireplace for off-season stays, a living room with flat screen TV and wifi, as well as a large dining room.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a 5-burner stove for cooking and enjoying local flavors, a microwave, a filter coffee maker and a senseo as well as a large refrigerator/freezer. A pantry offers additional storage space as well as a washing machine and dryer.

For your comfort, the bedrooms each have a shower room and a separate toilet. They are spacious and offer storage space. The two bedrooms on the first floor are double, with beds of 160x200. On the first floor, a third double room with 160x200 beds and 2 single rooms, each with 2 beds 90x190.

The garden of 1200 m² is totally enclosed and planted with trees, with a lighted pétanque court and a covered area near the pool for outdoor meals (large charcoal barbecue).

The pool is heated from May to October, depending on the weather. Its cover allows you to swim under cover and enjoy the pool every day.


## Surroundings

La Demeure de Beauregard is ideally located, in front of the Golf of Port Bourgenay, a magnificent Links between maritime pines and bocages, all with a view on the ocean. Only 500m from the marina, where you can find many nautical activities, and less than 2 km from the Veillon beach. This one is supervised, ideal for swimming and famous for its spot of kite-surfing.

The villa is also close to several other beaches, including the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne.

There are many activities in the vicinity such as horseback riding, sand yachting, kite surfing, hiking, tennis and many others.

The Estuaire du Payré, near the beach of Veillon, is a natural site remarkable for its unique setting and its preserved nature. You can walk there and meet the oyster farmers of La Guittière, always ready to let you taste their products.

Going towards Les Sables d'Olonne, and less than 2 km away, you will find the Aquarium de Vendée.

A bicycle path, along the sea front, allows you to reach Sables d'Olonne by following the Cayola bay and crossing the Saint Jean forest, an ideal setting for a bike ride.
Gourmets will appreciate the Cayola, a gastronomic restaurant with an exceptional view of the Bay. Les Sables d'Olonne also offers some very good addresses for all tastes, such as Le Fatra, Le Quai des Saveurs, Le Mama, or Les Chardons.

Finally, the Vendée being a country full of history, many testimonies of this very rich past are offered to the visitors. Less than 5 km from the villa is the Château de Talmont, a vestige of the passage of Richard the Lionheart. You can also visit Le Puy du Fou, less than an hour away by car.

All amenities are available in the village of Bourgenay - Le Querry Pigeon, within walking distance.

The closest stations are those of Sables d'Olonne (33km) and La Roche sur Yon (37km).
By car, the A83 and A87 serve the Vendée coast.
Plane: Nantes or La Rochelle Airport within an hour.
