After a fun day on the slopes retreat to our warm and cozy home on your next trip to Park City! In this three-bedroom, two and a half-bathroom single family home you'll have a king bed/or we can change it to 2 bunk bed sets, another room of 2 bunk bed sets, and two full beds. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen are fully stocked. This Park City home can host up to 12 guests! Host(one person) occupies Basement of 3 story home, and for your privacy will not be using common areas as the basement has its own entrance.
This is a 3 story home, you will have the main floor and 2nd story to yourselves.
The main floor includes the open concept living room, dining room, kitchen, and powder room. The upstairs includes a master bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry room. The floor includes a king bed, two double beds, a two bunk bed sets, and 2 futon couches for sleeping for 10. The host(one person) occupies the basement level(which has its own entrance) and works 7 days a week, and travels quite a bit so you will not see her, and for your privacy will not be using the common areas including the main floor or upstairs.
Comfortable modern home with a gas fireplace, 2 large flat screen High Definition TV's, 1000 Mbps High Speed Internet that can handle up to 30 devices. Only 25 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. 4 minutes away(2.2 Miles) from Park City Resort Canyons Village, Free public transportation. Bus stop is at the bottom of the community (about ½ mile walk) for a quick route to the Resort or anywhere in Park City. A private clubhouse is available with a hot tub and gym to be enjoyed year-round. The Community has a pedestrian traffic only route to local shops, groceries, restaurants, and coffee shops. There is a parking spot in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood.
