Amazing stay, highly recommend!

We loved our stay here in Silverthorne. Just a quick drive off the highway. It was a perfect location for our family of 11 and just a quick 20 minute drive to Copper Mountain. Not only was the house warm and cozy, but Kimberly was amazing to work with. She answered all of my questions, big or small and she was always quick to respond! We also loved the clubhouse. Our kids loved using the hot tub and pools, even in the snow! Highly recommend anyone!

Love this home

We enjoyed everything about this house. It was exactly what we needed. It was like staying at a friend's house. The location was great to go to Keystone, Breckenridge,A basin, Arapahoe, Vail and Beavercreek. We did not make the drive up to Steamboat but it is only an hour and a half away. The house was welcoming and warm and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely do it again if we come back to Silverthorne.

Beautiful Family Getaway

We booked last second for a family winter getaway. Kimberly was quick to respond and had excellent communication throughout. She is an extremely helpful and attentive host - even over a holiday week.Very well stocked home and kitchen, with tons of games, puzzles, and toys for kids (ours aged 5 and under got lots of mileage out of them).We would absolutely stay at Kimberly's house again.

Stunning clean home in great location

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! It was clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. The host provided more than enough essentials for upkeep and cooking in her gorgeous kitchen. Felt like home! The home is located near grocery stores and restaurants and just a short drive to Keystone, Frisco and Breck. We will definitely stay here again. 10 out 10 recommend!

Loved this wonderful home and the area! Great place to come and just relax! Far enough away from all the crowds and traffic! And yet, you’re close enough for the surrounding ski resorts, shopping, and fun things to do for everyone!

Perfect . . . just perfect

Comfortable, spacious, lovely, well-appointed, tastefully furnished home. Access to an equally lovely clubhouse with heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. Short drive to shopping and restaurants. Kimberly is accessible, kind and incredibly helpful. There were 11 of us ranging in age from 9 to - well a lot more than 9 - and every one of us felt the same way. Skiing was in Loveland, less than 1/2 hour away.

A great house and wonderful host!

We loved staying here. The house was wonderful and the kids (my nephews and niece) loved it too. The kitchen is fabulous and the view from the bedroom is gorgeous. Kimberly was so responsive and a perfect host to us. Thank you!!

Amazing winter getaway!

We had so much fun! Three families with children all nestled together in this fabulous home! Everything was perfect! The hosts were so accommodating! Silverthorne is the best area to stay and hit all of the ski resorts! We are so sad to leave but will definitely visit again!

Beautiful House, great location!

We really enjoyed our trip, the house is in a very nice subdivision just outside Silverthorne with super easy access to skiing at Copper, Keystone and Breck. The house had all the cooking equipment that we needed including an outdoor gas grill and a great gas fireplace. Great living spaces, 2 main floor ensuite masters and plenty of space for the kids downstairs including a nice common area. Loved it!

Great high end house!

We spent a week at this property and it was awesome. The house is very modern with high end appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. From the automatic blinds to the picture frame television the house was great. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Having a bathroom for almost every room was very convenient since we were traveling with multiple families. The kids room was great with plenty of space for the kids, the kids beds were large enough for two kids to share one bed if they wanted. The only downside is that the community is still under construction and the community lake and lake house were unavailable for use. I would recommend this property and the homeowner was great to work with.

Look no further!!!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Kimberly was great at communicating and quick response time. She worked around the crazy snow storm with us also. The bunk beds were incredible and the beds were so comfy, we all slept great. The house was stocked with any and everything you’d ever need to cook and clean. Washer and dryer are HUGE!! Easily fits 3-4 loads of laundry in one wash. The garage is heated. Views are amazing. Perfect location to every single mountain town! You won’t be disappointed! Promise! BEST VACATION EVER!!!!

Fantastic home

We loved everything about our stay at Kimberly’s home. It was spacious yet cozy and well-appointed. The views from every window were magnificent. The property was sparkling clean, fully stocked with essentials, and we immediately felt at home. Kimberly was super responsive at every point in pre-booking, check in and during out stay. The location is phenomenal. Peaceful spot in nature, but close to everything we wanted to do: downhill ski, hike, Nordic. Can’t wait to return.

The Harrington family loves Colorado and spends as much time as we can enjoying all that the beautiful state has to offer. We live in Texas but visit as often as possible to ski and snowboard in the winter and enjoy the gorgeous weather for every activity in the summer.

Summit Sky Ranch has incomparable amenities including a year-round heated swimming pool and 2 communal hot tubs at the beautiful, perfectly maintained Aspen House Clubhouse, and natural beauty to rival any in the world. World-class ski resorts Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Loveland are a short 15-25 minute drive while Vail Mountain is 30. We are on the edge of town, yet only 5 minutes from grocery stores, Target, Murdoch’s, REI, great restaurants, the Elks Lodge bingo and gorgeous parks and the Silverthorne Recreation Center. We are SURROUNDED by beautiful hiking and biking trails, the Blue River, Lake Dillon Reservoir where there is lake-side yoga every morning of the summer!! It’s heaven on earth in every season.

The amenities shared by the neighborhood are absolutely amazing! The aspen grove surrounding the Aspen House Clubhouse makes for the most stunning backdrop whether you fancy a soak in the hot tub or a run on the treadmill in the weight room. Cue-up a workout class, a game of ping pong or bring s’mores supplies to the firepit, marshmallow skewers provided in the full Aspen House communal kitchen. Down at the Lake House, Summit Sky’s newest amenity, there are two lake-side hot tubs, another firepit, surrounded by rockers and a sandy beach to enter the lake for a chilly swim or paddleboarding, kayaking or just digging in the sand. You never need to leave the property to enjoy summer. Meanwhile, in winter, amazing hiking trails make for epic snowshoeing, and the sledding hill is steep and thrilling! Strap on your cross-country skis and shimmie over to the Nordic center for some of the areas most lauded cross country skiing trails! No season is boring in Summit County!!
