Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Serve up to eight guests at the large wood dining table or take a meal out to the balcony for an al-fresco meal with lots of delicious wine and good company. When you're not playing around in the gulf surf, spend a little time getting to know the resort with trips to the shared pool, seasonal snack shack, and fitness center.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Tee off on the lush green fairways of Kelly Plantation Golf Club, just three miles east, for a little early-morning exercise. Also three miles east, you'll find All-A-Board Surf School, where you can get private or group lessons from seasoned instructors to get up and crashing waves in no time! The Track - Destin is only a half-mile west and loaded with go-cart and bumper car rides that everyone will love.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
