It includes a 1,350 m² plot of land. You'll enjoy exceptional mountain views and, above all, peace and quiet, away from the crowds. The Hendaye neighborhood where the house is located is a unique place to enjoy Hendaye, the Basque Country, and its attractions.
Sorry, but pets are strictly prohibited, as are festive evenings. We can check regularly since we live nearby. In addition, the villa offers indoor parking for two vehicles with a sliding gate, but you can also park along the property without any worries; you have five spaces.

Less than a 5-minute walk away, you'll find the great Arroenia restaurant with its local dishes, a pizzeria, a pharmacy, hairdresser, bakery, wine shop, and a doctor.

There's a bus line 400 meters away and a bike path that runs from the Bidasoa River to Hendaye beach.
