The villa l'Olivier is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen/dining area, a small living room with TV, and a bathroom with toilet.
The access to the first floor where the 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed 140x190) are located is via a rather steep and low-ceilinged staircase. Both rooms have a view on the courtyard.
The courtyard is separated from the car park by a gate, and opens onto a shed for storing bicycles for example. The garden furniture and the table in the shade of the olive tree invite to conviviality and relaxation!

Château Rouquette sur Mer is a family estate whose current buildings have been established since 1880 near the sea, at the foot of the cliffs of La Clape. Put down your suitcases in this green setting, in the middle of vineyards and walking paths, while being very close to the sea and the dynamic family resorts of Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan!
